I had a very special situation and Paw Prints worked with another vendor to help me get what I needed. I appreciate the understanding a great customer service to get me what I needed.

I always order the breed panel, long coat, and dwarfism for around $89. Instead I was charge $150ish because the long coat and maybe the dwarfism wasn’t picked up. Now I have all this extra BS tests done that I don’t need nor do I care about. The name was changed on my end early on, yet an act of God needed to be granted to get the name corrected for ALL reports (now they just look like crap because “Ammended” is on all of them. The estimated time for each test was never met. I had to make SEVERAL calls in reference to the name change and date of completion (which didn’t matter because the name was still not correct). I have never had a problem with PPG, until Neogen took over. I have ordered a genetic dna test kit from Embark to compare results and experience. Yup that ran another $100 (bringing a new all time high of $250 for testing…we shall see who is more reliable). PS…your customer service is awful. My next dog’s testing will most likely be with Embark. I have shared my experience with other fanciers and they seem to be on the same page. Do better or your reputable customers will find better.

Very easy process

Packaging, tests, instructions and return information was very easy to do. The only downfall is the wait time. It took about a week after my package was received at the facility and then almost 2 weeks for the results. Perhaps having wait ones listed somewhere would have been better, then at least people would know approximately how long to anticipate results. Other than that everything was great!

My experience was very good. Everything went quickly, the prices are very nice. Thank you for your service.

Good communication

Deceived on time it takes. I was notified when my PKG arrived and given a date for 2 weeks out. Now that date has been pushed another 2weeks out saying they just received so and so sample. Not cool people!!

Easy to pick out the tests you want for your dog. Easy to get the sample needed to send in.

Everytime i am supposed to have DNA already submitted from a previous order and I am hoping for a quick turn around i have to submit a new sample because they say their's is not good. Also this time my order took over a month to get back the result. I am still waiting on one of my orders. It will be over a month on it also. They have cost me sales.

Tests were easy buy, samples were easy to collect and send back. I’ll definitely order more tests in the future.
