I ordered the test on November 20, 2023. The kit took about 10 days to arrive. When it arrived, the kit was damaged, so I called and requested a new swab. I waited about a month before I called asking where the new swab was. It took an email (which was not answered) and two more phone calls before Paw Print Genetics delivered the new swab. On February 2, the new swabs were finally shipped. The swabs again took and extended time to arrive because Paw Prints is not using 1st class mail to deliver swabs. On two of my phone calls, I requested that a correction to the sex of the puppy be made. It has not been corrected yet. I realize that a new company has bought our Paw Print Genetics; however, the customer service and timeliness of transactions is severely lacking.

I did a very important test for both of my dogs. The results came 2 days earlier than scheduled. I am very happy. The reports are very detailed and easy to understand.

Really happy with this company and the results. The results were explained very well. Just a side note, I would make sure DNA is sent off a month before needing the results.

While the testing process etc was very simple to do. I did have to wait an extended amount of time on results. It was well over 1 week before my test even showed that it was delivered when the tracking showed it had been delivered. From then it was approximately 2 weeks more for the results.

Talking with the company reps at the Indianapolis dog show and asking about what tests are available for my breed, I purchased tests for them. Brought the tests home and sent back to the company.

The test didnt get completed till i called and asked about it a week after it said it would be done then and hour after i call its done. Website says it takes 14 days and it took over 4 months. Not happy

I overall love Paw Prints, usually they are quick and all testing in one place is easy and easy to understand results with their reports. Pricing is high but willing to pay it. This last time took an excessively long time to get results, and a lot of breeders I know were dealing with that as well. hoping that just is due to the move and that it will get back to how it was. Took about two weeks longer than the initial few weeks after they received my samples.

Reliable results. My orders shipped quickly but I did pay priority both ways. Took a few weeks to get my results back, but they were finished before the expected date they had given.

Super helpful reps at the show, always clear and concise answers if I have a question and with the new expanded panel of tests, everything I need for a strong breeding program! Thank you!

I am still waiting for results and it has been more than a month

Sent in our samples for a paternity test on 12/17/23. Got our results back on 2/27/24. The pups were over 2 months old before we knew the sire. How do you place pups without knowing the sire. We had purposely bred two dogs to the female. We wanted a dual-sired litter. That is unacceptable service.

Your process makes testing so easy. It’s quick and the prices are fair. I like getting the notification when they are received and then available for viewing. Very convenient and reliable.

The ladies working the event table at the Hoosier dog show in Indianapolis where extremely helpful. They took swabs of the two dogs I had at the show and gave me the swab for the 3rd dog not with me.

We only ordered the MDR1 test, but the result was delivered to our email earlier than expected.

I ordered a test from a dog you had previously tested back in Nov 2023. At the time, I got a notification that the testing would be back in early December. Two weeks after the date it was supposed to be back, I contacted the company to ask if there was an issue with the sample. I was told it was fine and the lab was just behind. In January, I got a notification you did not have enough sample and I needed to send more. Once that went through another month I got results. I should have been contacted earlier that the sample was not sufficient so I could send another one. If you are that behind, don't give a short date.
