Takes way to long I will be looking for another lab for sure

Took too long just for you to say you received my sample. The processing time to get my results was slow. I didn't plan on using your PPG again after hearing so many complaints about processing time. I received a 50% discount code for filling out a survey, so I figured I would give your business another try. Nothing about this process changed my opinion. Pricey testing that takes too long.

Took too long to get the swab then too long for results. Used to be a couple days to get swab, mail it back then results within a week.

Paw prints USE TO be a great company when Lisa was running the company. I always got my testing back with in 2 wks and now it’s been a month and I am still waiting for results. I have heard many horror stories of it taking months to get results back, if they get them back at all. I don’t understand if it use to be able to be done in 2 wks why is it so long now??? I don’t believe it’s because of the number of tests they are getting in. If they keep this up they are not going to have any more customers. I will definitely be looking for another lab to use as most of my breeder friends will be doing the same unfortunately. It sad what has happened to this company.

I am only rating my experience as one star because zero stars is not an option. On January 9th I ordered a parentage test. It is now 70 days later and they still haven’t completed the test. I even paid for Express Shipping! Paw Print used to be a great company which is why they have all of these old positive reviews but they have sadly fallen off a cliff. Check out their Facebook page and read the comments from people complaining recently. After 21 days I got tired of waiting on Paw Print so I went ahead and ordered a parentage test from another company. I received the results from the other company almost two weeks ago. There are much better genetic companies to deal with out there like Embark for a full panel of tests or UC Davis for individual tests such as parentage testing.

Everything went well the shipping took a while to get kit.

The experience was flawless from start to finish. The instructions were clear and concise. It was simple to decide what tests I needed, and request them. The test kits came quickly, and were easy to use. Once the tests were in the return mail, I could electronically follow the tests’ progress. The results were faster than expected. Thanks to the thorough explanations, the results were easily understood. All together a rewarding experience.

Recently your testing has been inaccurate causing incorrect breeder decision making, no one is answering your customer service lines after multiple attempts to talk to a live person and your new turn around times of 4 to 7 weeks versus the original 14 days is causing significant puppy selling delays which are detrimental to breeders and our clients wanting to purchase. You need to go back to how you used to be before taking over from the original PawPrints owner. The service was amazing and testing was trustworthy.

Quick and easy

I requested a single test for EIC for a lab litter. I followed the directions and submitted the dew claws from a litter which they sent on December 30th. I had two different estimated delivery dates which they moved back to Jan 30th. The 30th went by and I emailed them and asked for an updated delivery date. They never replied. I called and they told me testing was delayed because they were moving equipment. They couldn't provide a new estimated date. I asked to cancel the order but they said they can't because testing already started. Then on Feb 15th I received an email that the dew claws did not have enough DNA 15 days after. Terrible communication and the puppies go home on the 17th. No time to get new results.

I have done genetic testing on a few of my breeding dogs through Paw.print. Their website is super easy to navigate and the shipping is really quick. I also love that once you send the swab kit back you can add additional tests without collecting a new sample. Lastly they always have great deals!

Results were back in a month, and had nice pages to print out results. Very satisfied and will order again.

Response time is far to slow, not like in the past.

The customer service was excellent and the company made it very easy to receive and ship back the tests. As well, the instructions for administering the tests was very easy to follow.
