Purchased an £828 bed with an additional £50 delivery charge, they send an email confirming the date and time for delivery but then cancel very late after the customer has already made plans. I have so far traveled twice to Essex on anticipation of the bed being delivered as we don't live there yet - as we don't have a bed! Twice i get the date and time email, and twice they have let me down. What makes it worse is that I am paying this £50 delivery charge where other companies deliver for free and on time. In this day and age, if a retailer says its in stock and promises a date then it should be stuck to, otherwise it just looks like some cheap unprofessional outfit. Update 11/05/16 - On the third delivery promise they did actually deliver but unfortunately it was the wrong bed..... i am not joking! Living it up got their own team to drop off the bed and assemble it as a matter of an apology for what had gone on before, now i just happened to go upstairs and spotted it was wrong before they completed assembly, may have been an idea if they ask to confirm the correct bed with the customer before assembly is almost finished! Off they go, taking the wrong bed with them and leaving a mess on the carpet (packing foam, parts of plastic bags, general fluff etc), i get a call within two hours apologising and get a £50 refund of the delivery cost. Fourth attempt - the right bed comes! they install it, i do see a few small dents but at this stage i just want a bed so i let it go. Still, another mess on the floor, would be an idea if they cleaned up after themselves. Then came bed time - clonk! Every time i sit on the bed/move it make banging noise, i took up the mattress and can see that they haven't screwed in the bolts securely so the frame is moving around...... i'll fix it myself. to Summarise, from start to finish, abject failure. The bed is no better quality than a £200 bed i bought for the spare room from another retailer, logistics is a joke and their assemblers make a mess and cant assemble a bed properly! USELESS ALL ROUND

I bought two beds 18 months ago. The quality is excellent and delivery seemless. Given my previous experience I am buying two further beds - Arthur Tall Storage and Elise Tall Storage. Good company and competitive given the quality of product.

They respected my home and also removed the packaging after delivering the furniture. The furniture was solid wood as described and appears to be good quality. I would buy from them again. I don't want to wait a week for delivery though of furniture described as the last ones left.

Buying a bed without actually seeing it is quite an ask however Living it up made it simple. They sent fabric swatches really quick and as many as I asked for. Placing my order was simple and the beds arrived in the time frame they stated. The delivery guys were on time and the delivery slot was a 2 hour window not wait in all day which is great. The put the beds together perfectly, quickly and were tidy. The beds look amazing and are really sturdy, the fabrics are really good. We couldn't be happier from start to finish the process and end product it was all simple and better than we found on the High Street ...... thank you.

Not happy with the quality of the sofa and footstool purchased. They were both Chesterfield style but the buttons were coming loose within a couple of months and the sofa cushioning doesn't return to original position after it's been sat on which makes it look old. If I could un-buy both items I would. Customer service has been average. They did send replacement cushions with more padding but the quality of the stuffing itself or the sofa fabric seems to be the problem. No solution re loose buttons months after telling them about it.

Disappointed on many levels with the service we received. We live on the Isle of Man and we're advised that Living It Up do not deliver here. We explained that we would need to hire a van and take the ferry to collect our order which we had delivered to an address in the UK. Due to this we asked that the order be double checked before being dispatched. Once we had our order home we found that a double headboard had been delivered, rather than a king size and there were no assembly instructions included. We contacted the store to advise of the issue, Living It Up conceded this was their error but point blank refused to deliver the correct headboard to the Isle of Man or to help us out with any shipment or associated costs. Bearing in mind we had already paid £50.00 delivery and incurred travel expenses in excess of £300.00 to get our items to our home address. We spoke with a manager called Arbinder who said sorry and advised us an apology was all she could offer us. We asked if Living It Up, as a company were happy for their customers to be out of pocket, due to the company's errors, she replied in a sarcastic manner, "absolutely". When asked if she would be happy to be quoted saying this in our review she said "yes". Although we like the style of the items, the quality is average at best and is not representative of the price paid. We would never shop at this store again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We ordered a fabric storage bed on Black Friday weekend and have to say the post order customer service wasn't the best and we had to chase up when the bed would be delivered, but once we had the date, the service was fantastic. The delivery guys were courteous and polite and couldn't do enough for us. They built the bed in the room and cleared away all their rubbish. Even checking we were happy with the location and showing us how the storage element worked. They also said a big thanks for their cup of tea (which is unusual). Last year we fully rennovated our house and I have to say these were the best delivery guys I've experienced. The bed is really good quality and there is tonnes of storage space. Hydraulic mechanism makes it relatively easy to lift and it looks fantastic. Really very pleased.

We bought the cara faux leather sofas x2. They look gorgeous, very pleased with the quality. Quite a firm sofa but still very comfortable and I'm sure they will soften up! Delivery was good, all packaging taken away which was very helpful. Thank you Living it up!

The service was great firstly contacting us after made payment to ensure the order was correct and we were cardholder. Deliverd on time and the loved the personal touch where the delivery guys installed the bed putting it together , checking it was able to get up out stairss. Great service

I bought the Arthur Short Storage Bed, Oscar Nightstand and a pocket sprung mattress. From the moment of deciding what colour to have the bed to the installation 'Living it Up' were amazing. We ordered colour swatches which came next day these helped us decide what colour bed to get with help from the staff. Communication was exceptional throughout the whole buying process. Delivery was on time and the staff installing the bed were knowledge and they took care and pride throughout the installation. I will be buying another bed from them again and i would recommend the company to everyone who what quality products.
