Can't fault the service, personal and helpful, great product

Terrible customer service. When their is a problem they are very unhelpful and will not do anything to correct it. A real shame, will not be buying from this company again!

I received the 3 beautiful Harriet sofas I ordered from Living it Up today, and I want to say a massive 'Thank you' to Arbinder and the team for 'Gorgeous,Stunning,absolutely Beautiful' sofa's I received today! They certainly exceeded our expectations! It was a difficult decision for us without having seen the sofa's initially to place the order, but you really went out of the way in answering all my questions, providing extra pictures, swatches etc and also on my request to change the design of the legs! I know it wasn't easy but you really made sure all my questions were answered and assured me that it would be exactly as in the pictures! and you were right! It actually looks even more prettier in reality than on pictures and we are sooo soooo happy with the quality,over all finish and the look of the sofas as well! Certainly exceeded our expectations and so over the moon with the purchase!

As someone who always has struggled to sleep well at night, it was important to find a bed that not only looked the part but also got me to a relaxed state to sleep. Living It Up has a number of amazing products on the website and I always am careful to purchase something without physically seeing it. The process was so simple from start to finish. The bed on the web-site looked amazing, but it does not even come close to how amazing and perfect it is in real life. The finish is to a world class standard and it makes the room a show piece. I also want to mention a big thank you and how professional and kind and caring the 2 individuals were that delivered and assembled the bed. No mess, no damage, no delays. We have the Arthur short storage bed in grey velvet it is absoloutely beautiful. The delivery team were in and out, polite and proffessional. Excellent customer service from the office team, particularly Jemma. Would shop again without question.

We ordered the Arthur bed in a beautiful velvet fabric. The bed is stunning and well made, excellent quality. The team were exceptional and respectful when taking such a big item up our stairs! We highly recommend Living it Up when choosing your next bed!

I ordered the cadence low foot bed online after having a good look and feel of the fabric swatches. The bed is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. The quality is second to none. I was impressed with the delivery people who built the bed and took away all the rubbish too! It's definitely been worth the wait. Living it up are highly recommended!

Having visited a friend who had fabulous outdoor woven furniture we decided to look around and decided to buy from Living it Up. Great product and we especially like the fact that when not in use everything can be stacked under the table so all you see is the profile of the table itself. And it is all finished off with a great cover that actually fits.

Ordered the Elise Tall bed and wow!, not only is this bed exceptional quality but I've had the best nights sleep in a long time, luxuriously comfortable and the attention to detail is sublime. Had the bed assembled by two lovely guys who were extremely helpful and did the job with ease and speed, very impressed. What was highlighted most in my mind to place an order with Living It Up was the wonderful lady in customer services, who was very helpful and polite in taking the time to answer my many questions, I'm pretty sure she'd offer a bed making service if possible. Attention to detail explanatory. Thankful for Living It Up for giving me the experience of Living The Dream, looking forward to another amazing nights sleep and a productive day. We ordered the Barcelona modular sofa and we couldn't be more pleased with it. Everything was well packaged and for the price included the scatter cushions and a waterproof cover. It's completely transformed our garden and we love it! The company were very helpful, great customer service and amazing quality of furniture, we would recommend Living it up to all our friends.

We took delivery yesterday of an Arthur bed and we love it. Quality is superb for the price we paid! The bed was assembled by two chaps who were very courteous. Will definitely be ordering our sofa from them....just got to save a few extra pennies!

Ordered Barcelona rattan garden sofa sunday night. Monday afternoon recieved phone call to schedule delivery from anytime wednesday onwards so I chose thursday. Items were dispached wed and tracking number sent to me. TNT truck rolled up thursday lunchtime as expected and driver helped me round back with the boxes. All items were well packaged and in great condition. I did have to contact customer service as I thought the free outdoor cover was missing. Customer service was very pleasant and pointed out that the cover is packaged with the table I hadnt unpacked. Got the impression that they would be easy to deal with in the event of a real problem. All in all im more than happy with livingitup. Will be my first stop for future purchases.
