I ordered on Saturday and was delivered on Tuesday. Instructions crystal clear and the comfy bags are already set up and looks great in my tv room

so worth every penny!

They should have put due to COVID that the packages would be delayed. It was guaranteed two days on the site. If you're going to sell products, the current global situation should be advertised upon checkout even on the website itself. No where in the checkout flow does it state any delays. They don't respond back over email in a prompt fashion. Regards, A disappointed first-time customer.

I paid the extra to have it shipped right away, (it says possibly same day if before 12:00pm. I ordered at 11am and it wasn't shipped for 6 days. I have not received my shipment yet so I cannot speak to the product but I am not happy with the shipping situation. I will update again after I have received my Sack.

**UPDATE** finally got this bad boy and let me tell you my entire family LOVES it even my 5 day old new born loves it she was passed out for damn near 4 hours! The only reason I’m only giving 4 stars is because I feel I didn’t get enough foam inside I got the 8ft Circular sack and its got ALOT of extra room, when my daughter who’s about 70lbs can sit in it an not go to the floor but when I sit down on it u go straight to the floor I’m only 163lbs I feel I should be able to jump into it like the video and I lay go like half way down but that’s my one and only complaint everything else (size, fuzzy cover,quality) are amazing just wish it had mire filling for the money I spent on it. Only giving 3 stars for now I ordered 2 days ago and purchased the quick ship option and still haven’t received any information I’m not sure if it’s covid related or if I’m just impatient I’m really excited for it to arrive bought it because I’m about to have surgery and will be forced to lay Down for a long time and thought this would be the perfect thing after seeing some reviews.

Love the bags. Wish the pieces were a little smaller inside. However still comfy. Does seem like they need fluffing everytime after you sit in it. Would buy again though.

Company initially lost my order and when I contacted they found the issue, rush shipped my item and was here in just a few days. As bag, my son loves it! Heavy duty which he will need as likes to lug it around.

Absolutely love it! My family and dogs fight over it. Luckily with the 7.5ft lounger it’s easy to share. Ordered a little extra stuffing (10lbs), if it weren’t for that it would have been 5 stars. But I love it and it was worth every penny!

Took a little longer to get the order out but were really responsive when contacted. All things considered pretty good.

Not very full as needed says for to five days to fill up. I have waited a week and it barely half way full. If there was more filling in there and a lot fuller would give it 5 stars

Once I figured out what size my hand-me-down Comfy Sack was, the shopping experience for its replacement cover was perfect. Easy to order, clear explanations, good choices, speedy delivery. We sprang for the soft fluffy black cover and I do not regret it. We’ve had the 6 foot lounger for 9 years and we were not the first owners. It is very durable.

Paid for the quick ship option. Website said ships same day. It’s been a week and a half and still has yet to ship. I would say don’t waste your money on quick ship as it doesn’t send any faster than if you just have regular shipping.
