It takes way too long and there quick shipping is going to come the same day it means it is comes quick ether way and guess what it still did not come till this day and we ordered it a week and 5 days ago

Very easy to order, shipped fast.

Outstanding value. really comfortable. The only criticisms I have that cause me not to give a fifth star are: 1) One piece of foam had a stiff crust on it. I really needed to open the bag and cut the crust off. 2) Opening the bag to cut the crust off was difficult because the zipper pull tab has been removed, and the zipper has a locking mechanism that is normally deactivated by the pull tab. 3) The sack material does not stretch and slides on the foam, so you will have to squirm a bit to find a stable position that is comfortable - but you will not have to work too hard to do so. 4) The foam is in larger blocks than I would like - estimated at 4-6". All in all, this is a great buy - very comfortable, high quality, and not too expensive. I prefer the feel of another bean chair with stretchy fabric, but those beans compress quickly and get everywhere when you add more, whereas this foam seems like it will retain its bulk indefinitely. One more piece of advice: we bought a large one (around 5'x5'), and it is pretty heavy and difficult to move, so I recommend a smaller size.

Amazing customer service!!!! Amazing products. We have had our “bean” 7.5 lounger for almost ten years. Recently a foster care kiddo had a bio accident on it and I was able to tear it all apart and replace the internal foam for a reasonable price!!! Huge win by not having to replace the entire thing. Customer service was super fast and amazing!

Arrived earlier than expected. Once all lumps were rolled out, it is very comfortable.

After leaving a less than great review the customer service team reached out to me to see what they could do to make me happy. They let me know that the bad simply might not have enough filling. They sent me an additional 30 pounds for my 8 foot giant comfy sack and it seems to be where it is supposed to be now. I will say, rolling it out and almost beating on it will help fluff up the sack to pre vaccuum seal but you will probably need to keep the number for customer service close at hand for when you need more fill.

A arrival date would be nice before purchase

I haven't received my lounging sack yet so I can only review my experience with the website. I was happy until it came time to check out. I was unable to complete the order because it said my email was invalid. It must be a glitch in the system so I was forced to call the number to complete my order. This caused a few days delay due to my busy schedule. Now its not going to be here on time. Update I have received my comfy sack and I couldn't be happier with the product. It was amazing watching the sack come to life as you must wait for it to expand. It is amazing and omg is it comfortable. My wife is in love with it.

Fast, fast fast!

Very comfortable. Just opened the box yesterday. It's very comfortable, the kids love it already. The directions say it take 4-5 days for the filling to fully expand, but its is great so far.

EDIT: I am vary impressed with the fast shipping during this pandemic and know this is a hard time for everyone. soooo, im adding a star to my current 3 star review. i am excited for the sacks to arrive and will edit again after they arrive. thank you. Oh man, I really wanted to do five stars but as of right now I’m a little disappointed. I called the company sack hotline and talked with a representative about getting the dark navy blue covers instead of the. Chocolate covers and they said “we will be in touch”. I was not contacted before they shipped with the regular chocolate covers. I will change my review after I receive the compfy sacks. I will definitely be adding more stars on my next review because of the incredibly fast shipping but again I am disappointed that I didn’t get the covers switched in time.

I love this thing. It's exactly what I wanted. It's just a big ol' squish that I can fall into whenever I want to and it's versatile enough for me to use as a chair or to sleep on.
