Your website said if I paid extra I would receive it same day. I am now finding out it should arrive November 5, 2019. I am extremely unhappy as I wanted it today.

Excellent response time and customer service! I accidentally put in the wrong zip code, so I emailed as soon as I realized it. They had it corrected and shipped the next day!

One of the worst purchases I have ever made. I bought this 5-foot chair to replace a chair in our beach house. It was delivered "under-stuffed", and after two weeks of waiting for it fluff up, I called the company and they sent additional stuffing. When I tried to put more fill in the chair it created such a mess that I decided not to use it at all. It's so heavy I can hardly move it (not what I expected). I removed four bags of stuffing, put them up in the attic, and the chair is now being used as a giant dog bed!. In retrospect, the company was very easy to deal with and sent additional filling promptly and I thank them for that. Just not a good purchase for us.

Incredible customer service. Broken zipper under warranty... no hassle replacement! I am stunned when a company actually makes good on warranty... and this company did with grace.

Bought the 6 foot sack and ottoman, shipping was fast and we set it all up. After two weeks it really needed some additional foam to fill out the cover, they sent it right out! Very fast and responsive customer service, this is a great product my son loves it!

I ordered the 6 foot sack and an ottoman. When the package first arrived there was so little foam that I thought they forgot the ottoman. It turns out that they didn't forget the ottoman, they just shipped the products with very, VERY little foam. Be careful about jumping on the product with very little foam as you will probably sink to the bottom. I contacted customer service to return the product and they said they will ship more foam. They shipped more and as of right now the ottoman supports my feet but I think the 6 foot sack could use still use MORE foam. Also, reloading the foam into the liner was a nightmare. The foam was everywhere in my living room. Clean up was not fun. I would have given 5 stars if the sack and ottoman came fully loaded with foam from the factory. If I received another shipment of foam, I would change my rating. UPDATE: I just spoke with Janice at Comfy Sacks and she is sending additional foam. I must say I'm very impressed with the customer service. Comfy Sacks if you're listening, don't let Janice go. You guys would be in trouble without her.

So ordered 16 pounds of memory foam to replace beans in a bean bag chair best decision I ever made!!the chair is so fluffy and enough left over to add if if gets low plus made a cute little footstool with the zipper bag they sent :) Thank you!!!

The comfy sac shipped really fast and looks great, but the only thing I have a problem with is the fullness in the 8ft sac. Its seems to only be about 2/3 eds the way inflated

Shopping on a mobile device does not show cover fabric options. The only option is a quantity and then hitting enter. Once I hit enter, it just puts in the Comfy Sack with an "undefined" cover. To properly order, I needed to utilize my actual desktop/laptop computer. That experience was perfectly fine and I had no issues whatsoever. Edit to reply, since there is no reply button: I attempted this with both the 6ft and the 7ft sacks.

The customer service team was excellent. They replaced my comfy sack cover right away. And in a couple of hours it was already shipped. Excellent 👍🏽

I have a 8' sack and love it! Just bought a 6' one for the media room. They are a fraction of the cost of LoveSac and use the exact same foam. Why pay for the name when you can get more for your money. Also Janice is amazing, she has helped me through a few issues and made it a great pleasure to deal with! Keep up the great work Janice!!
