I love my pillow sack!! I got a navy blue cover and it is the perfect shade of navy. A little lighter than the color swatch online showed. Works great for homework, movie nights, and impromptu naps! My husband got the pillow sack in charcoal gray and loves it for gaming! We love our comfy sacks!

Order and delivery process were easy. But the bag/foam has a nasty chemical smell that is so intense it hurts my throat. Glad we only orders one of these. Will be ordering the next one from somewhere else

Impressed with how fast it arrived. The packaging was good and intact. It is a little firm after laying on it, but hopefully it will " break in ."

Comfy Sacks did all they could to fix my issue with FEDEX delivery! This is our 4th ComfySack because they are so FUN! We give them as presents to our dearest friends and family--especially the FURRY sacks! Be sure to get the FURRY cover--people LOVE IT! I Love Comfy Sacks but I have to say--My ComfySack was delivered to the wrong place, and NOT on the porch--so LEFT OUT in the RAIN, a day earlier than they said, so we only figured it out when they never came the next day. This is a BIG BUMMER.--MAKE SURE you have FedEX need a signature if you can!

I paid $383.00 for a 6ft Comfy Sack with a faux fur cover. Even though I followed the care instructions, the cover melted in my dryer. I contacted Comfy Sacks and they wanted photos. So, I sent photos. After seeing the matted mess, they decided they couldn't be sure I washed it properly and only offered a 25% off coupon for a new cover. So, they produced an inferior product, called me a liar, and wasted my time and money. I contacted Amazon who helped me make a return and helped me figure out how to get this giant thing back to them. I've been promised a full refund from Amazon. Comfy Sacks is not a company I will ever do business with again because they do not make quality products or care about their customers, or I'm guessing their reputation. Additionally, this product has a strong chemical smell and the cover sheds like crazy, even before washing and feels like plastic.
