Hard to rate something that I haven’t received yet. Also no email at this point that it has even been shipped

I received the Comfy Sack that I ordered a week ago. Thanks to Janice for reassuring me when my order was shipped. She was so helpful and kept connecting with me till I was comfortable that I would get it quickly. Great service and the item was just what I asked for. My grandson was so happy to get it for his birthday.

After letting it get set up it is kind of flat. A little disappointed in the comfy sack.

It's really nice. It's big enough to fit me, my wife, and my kids. My kids love it. The only problem is that, when I get on it, the foam sinks a lot.

too many BIG lumps of foam an it really stinks. GOOD news the bag material is EXELENT!!

Overall it is nice and comfortable, but it is deceiving. The picture and dimensions on the website do not match. The comfy sack did not expand as much as it should of and is very flat. The weight on the shipping label also didn’t match what the website said it would weigh. I am waiting to hear back via email and see what they are going to do for me. Update: they emailed me back immediately and are sending me more stuffing!

I've bought with this company before and this time was just as easy. If you are thinking about getting g a comfy sack, you should ABSOLUTELY take the plunge. It's worth it.

Love the comfy sacks.. my kids loved them until out Daniffs took them over for their beds.. nothing any better for family movie night.. thanks

I love my comfy sack but the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I happen to like it a little fuller so I just ordered some more foam.

Awesome! Our comfy sack was delivered free within 2 days of placing the order. It was easy to fluff up the foam and put the slip cover on. We absolutely love sitting in it and have decided to order 2 more.

The zipper on my cover broke and they replaced the cover! They were excellent to respond quickly and ship my new cover! They even covered the return shipping costs! I would definitely buy another Comfy Sack.
