I appreciate the customer service, but very disappointed in the product I received. These “new” bags are no where the comfy sac they were 3 yrs ago. The current version is chunky and not a great seat at all... I had plans to order a smaller one for my bedroom, but happy I waited so I didn’t waste any more $$

This was a gift for my gamer son for Christmas. We haven't been able to pry him off of it. I'd say he's pretty satisfied. I sank into it, too, and I, too, fell in love. He actually said it's more comfortable than the biggest competitor, which would have been close to double the cost. So great price and uber comfortable!

Very Disappointed We purchased the comfy nest as a Christmas gift for our son and while it is somewhat fluffed it is no where near what the instructions say it should be by now and when he sits on it he is sitting on the ground. We have broken the pieces apart and given it time to breathe and it has not fluffed. I have contacted the company via email with no response. Poor quality and poor customer service. NOT worth the cost.

I haven’t even received my comfy sack and I ordered it over two weeks ago. I’ve messaged the company about it several times and no response. Worst cusomeaervice ever.

We ordered the 4 foot comfy sack with the brown corduroy cover. The material and the way it is put together is great. Both the liner and the cover completely meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed in the fill. It is no where near as full as I thought it would be. There is a significant amount of material left for both the liner and the cover, it looks quite baggy. We followed the directions and broke up the foam chunks. It’s been open over a week now, but still seems very flat. Your bottom gets quite close to the ground when you sit in it. The pictures online made the sack look much fuller. Anyway, I ordered some more fill, hopefully that will make the difference. Dissapointing though to have to spend an extra 50$ to get it to fill out the cover. Otherwise I’m pleased with our purchase.

Happy with the price, much more reasonable than Love Sacs, and just as comfortable. Bought two 6 foot loungers for the kids Christmas gift.....they loved them!!

I’ve been wanting one of these for literally years! I love it and find it super comfortable! Now I just need to buy an ottoman to go with it!

Nothing like what is advertised. I want to return it. Hard and it goes flat when sitting to the ground.

I ordered a $365 6 foot lounger with an upgraded fabric. What arrived was 2 6 foot sacks with the upgraded fabric. While its not what I wanted, by the time I figured it out I wasn't exactly able to put the sacks back in the box and mail them. They're comfortable enough and will fit my temporary need. This wouldn't work if I were designing a room.

Love the comfy sak lounger. Easy to set up and very comfy! The cover is not liked at all. My daughter doesn’t like the feel of it and this is her “big” Christmas gift, that we obviously opened early. Is here anyway to exchange the cover? That is the only reason I have it a four instead of a five.

I tried out a LoveSac in a store at the mall and wanted to find a cheaper option. I got the pillow sack which is pretty comparable in size to LoveSacs and was a lot cheaper. It took awhile to receive it but it was the last possible date so it did come on time. I love it for the price but I have to say mines flat and not that soft.

Predatory company. I responded to their promise that an order would arrive in time for Christmas, in hopes of pleasing my 10-year-old. Apparently, there was a ton of fine print I missed, and my order will NOT be here in time for Christmas. As I write this, this poor excuse for a company STILL promises Christmas delivery. AND it is impossible to get a live person on the phone. While you hold, they tell that you that Apple uses their product. I guess that multi-billion dollar companies get decent service from these clowns, while regular consumers are brushed under the rug. Caveat emptor. Nothing comfy about this retail experience

First off, recieved the box which wasnt to big, opened it up and there was a light toxic smell which I brushed off as thinking it was the box. Opened it up and the smell filled almost the entire side of the house where my room was. I thought the smell would go away so I just decided to set it up. The setup process was hard and you couldn't just massage the foam around, you literally had to rip it apart which really gave my fingers work. I got all the foam broken down and put it in my room to let it expand but the smell was so bad I had to take it outside and hopefully it would air out. I waited about 4 days and the bag still smelled extremely toxic and the bag was very shallow and didnt have enough foam for how big it was. I was going to return it but they take away 50-100$ when you refund it to take out the foam unless you want to pay 200$ shipping. I decided to just donate it to charity hopefully making someone happy with it because I definitely wasn't. (Also to add there was foam coming out the zipper which should NOT be happening at all)

Well worth the price. Everything I wanted in a bean bag chair and more. My dream of jumping into one of these as I get home from work every day is complete.

Comfy Sack is the best purchase I have made in years! It met all of my expectations and exceeded some!
