I’ve been trying to get a response from you for weeks. Do any live humans work st this company??? The experience began with a product that didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I was promised a small refund which i never received. Once the product arrived, i was not at all happy with the quality. The cover is twice as large as the sack and it looks nothing like the photos. I’ve called and emailed countless times and can not get a response. As you wait on hold for a customer service person who WILL NOT ANSWER, an obnoxious recording brags about the fact that Apple and Zazzle use their products. I guess they’re too busy servicing corporate clients to care about individuals. Top to tail, a disappointing experience and a substandard product.

If you order the 7.5’ lounger, you will probably end up having to order more fill. Even after letting the foam expand, the experience was lacking. Some more foam makes all the difference. So be prepared to order more foam and factor that into your overall cost.

I love the size of the 4ft bags. They have held up to my six year old twins very well as well!

We haven't even gotten our product yet nor a email letting us why but we this email wanting to know who we liked our product. We placed our ordered on 12/15 and was to be delivered by Christmas per the website. You call this company and cant talk to anybody they trick you like your getting a Representative then you can leave a message cant say on the line. We have now emailed them 2 times with 3 different email address. Hope we hear from them soon.

The picture of the four foot comfy sack seems deceiving. It appears to be fuller and higher than actual chair received. In addition, I thought the fact that you can feel the lumps of foam did not add to the level of comfort that I anticipated.

Definitely not a Lovesac... Foam is not as soft and pliable.... but the price is much better....

Kids love the cozy nest. Will be ordering another bag soon!

After looking for an alternative to a Lovesac, we researched and read all the reviews on the comfy sack. While it is definitely less expensive (almost half the cost), it does not feel quite the same as a lovesac. In fact, it feels like a more pliable foam mattress. The lovesac felt more like a pillow that enveloped you or wrapped around your body as you settled in, but still supported your body.

Thinking of getting one of those old bags filled with pellets? Think again. When I was toying around with the idea of buying one, my wife said, "Isn't there anything cheaper?" I must say it did seem like alot for a "bean bag". The first time I sat in it, cha-ching was instantaneously removed from my memory. Buy one. Feel for yourself.

After going through reviews of different manufacturers, we chose this one. I liked that the cover is machine washable and easy to remove, the warranty was unbeatable, and the foam is top notch. Definitely a great putchase and far superior to that of their competitors.

It's an amazing item . Super comfortable. It does not compare to the other brands . My son had purchased one from Wish I believe and it was not even close in the quality. Every time you wanted to wash the cover you had to get a huge box to put all the stuffing in . It was terrible . Comfy Sacks you just unzip and wash the cover and place it back on the sack with the outside lining covering the inside ! Amazing !
