***Update: I have replied 2 days ago and did not get any response off you still (and yet you say you want to resolve it in a way to my satisfaction yet did not accept yet any of the solutions I offered.) If it takes 2 days for each reply instead of a simple phone call then your resolution centre is also quite problematic.*** I ordered an office chair from Manomano (yaheetech store) but the delivery was too late for my needs. I contacted them to cancel the order and they told me to not accept the order when it arrives but gave me wrong courier name.. since we were waiting for a couple of packages my flatmate accepted the package as it was not the courier mentioned. Upon asking for someone to come pick it up and return it, they said we have to return this bulky item. When asked to at least provide a label for us to return the package as it was their fault for giving us wrong details they said that we have to pay ourselves.. This company sells a lot of nice furniture items. Recently purchased a TV stand and their customer service has been helpful. The TV stand is really sturdy and was easy to assemble. It took two people to hold the pieces up but it was intuitive. No complaints and will likely purchase from their company again sometime.

Purchased a garden hanging basket chair via Amazon, package arrived on time but without assembly instructions or any of the necessary hardware to construct the item. Contacted yaheetech via Amazon messaging on 20th May and advised them, they did send me assembly instructions via pdf file and promised to send missing items “soon” 10 days later, (despite chasing more than once) still no tracking data for the missing hardware. Chair is useless without this, my patience has now expired and I will have to return this bulky item. Very disappointing customer service experience.

This is some nice sturdy design shelving very vivid colors I thought it was very easy to put together and I like the options to clip a second set together to make this set perfect for your garage or basement I couldn’t believe the box it came in as what it makes out in a tiny box it was like the jetsons lol very happy with this product

I have bought a few items from yaheetec over the last year or so. I got a bookcase and a potting bench. Both of them are nice, sturdy quality items. They were easy to assemble and can with clear understandable instructions. I have been pleased with both pieces. I have also received several complaints on them as well. I will purchase from them again.

I really love this potting bench. I have lots of plants in my house and I am regularly splitting and repotting them to keep them healthy and to share them. We also have a small green house for getting our garden started each year where we have to regularly repot the tomatoes as they grow before they are ready to be planted in the garden. The height of this working bench is perfect for being able to work and to bend over, which is so hard on my back. It is made from firwood, so it’s perfect for being able to keep outside and have it not deteriorate. If I had more room in my 3 season porch, this would totally be fitting to use in there also. A nice feature of the upper display shelves is that on each side, one of them can be removed to be able to place taller plants. This really is a great, useful plant bench.

I've gotten a sofa from this store, and I love it. Easy set up for under an hour for a pull up loveseat. Item was in great shape upon receipt.

I recently bought one of their cat trees from Walmart. I was pleased that the instructions were easy to follow, all of the pieces were labeled well, and overall it was very easy to assemble. It came with an anti tip strap, which I really liked as I have 2 cats that will use this, plus a toddler. The whole unit is well built, the materiels are good quality, and most of all my cats really enjoy it. They each have found their "spot" and like to watch my toddler play from their perch.

There is one part missing. I cannot use the merchandise. You did not response to my call or email messages. Very poor service.
