I recently bought a set of Solid Wood Folding Adirondack Chairs from Wayfair. I was super impressed by the speed of delivery - got delivered sooner than expected. The instructions were easy to follow for anyone who enjoys assembling. Had some spare screws as well, which I personally always prefer. It took a little while to assemble the first chair, but the second one was a breeze. Both the chairs are quite sturdy and solid. Very comfortable with a slanted seat and a backrest. The armrests are quite wide which comes in handy. The height is precisely perfect for me & my partner. Very easy to fold and store when not needed. Overall, a worthy purchase.

The product came on time and was easy to assemble. I did not notice the $10 off first time buyer discount until after I placed the order, but asked for and received it afterwards.

Items not delivered as stated and when chanced up with yaheetech they were less than interested, If this company states a delivery date it should be kept to and i should not be waiting for my items for nearly a week and still not arrived, this company chooses its carries so they should be chasing them up not the customer totally ruined up my week and week end

I have purchased multiple products from this company and I am never disappointed. My most recent purchase was a large cat tower. We purchase this cat tower to replace the current one we had. It was completely destroyed by our three cats. The tower was very easy to put together, and the directions were very simple to follow. I actually had my eight and six year old help assemble it. Our older cats aren't as active anymore, so we purchase it mainly for our kitten. She absolutely loves it. Her new favorite spot is the little house in the middle of the tower. Thats where we normally find her now

Ordered a tall bathroom cabinet from their store on Amazon and received a patio furniture set instead, tried to contact them and sort out the situation but as I see they pretend to arrange collection for the wrong item in my possession without posting/shipping me out my rightful purchased item...so AVOID AT ALL COST, the only way I was able to talk with them was through amazon "message seller" window and it takes forever to get an answer back. Totally disregarding of the customer rights

The futon is so comfy. The cushions are thick and it is well constructed. It was definitely a great purchase!

Furnitures that I have bought from this brand is very good quality and has decent prices. They do not disappoint and always serve its purpose. Customer Service was good and helped answer questions about products that I wasn’t so sure about putting together! Great quality for furnitures!!

Thought i Bought an excellent cat tree from Amazon.i have messaged regarding replacements due to cat tree post replacement as well as tunnel replacement but no response from YaheeTECH DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! YAHEETECH Now written that they have contacted myself which not true and no mention of sending a part?I have spoken to amazon customer service to resolve issue

I had a great experience with this brand, I bought a sofa bed from Wayfair, it came pretty quickly and in perfect condition. the quality is great and it is sturdy. I like that it is stylish without compromising the quality. the sofa bed is holding well.

Very helpful customer service. I had an issue with the white bedside tables i purchased. They were very quick to response and replace the damaged one. Delivery was on time and so nicely safely packed.

Can't reach any customer representative for my return. The last day to return my item is May 2nd and i have been trying to get in touch since 4/27. The phone number listed on the website rings but no one picks up. If I can get customer service will I be forced to keep an item I don't need?

purchased this item through Amazon and have only used a hand full of times before the cord to the crank handle broke and the parasol can no longer be used Yaheetech Garden Parasol Umbrella 3.2m Patio Umbrella Outdoor despite several attempts to contact Yahee by phone and e mail i have received no reply

Excellent product and quality customer support - I ordered Sectional sofa from this seller and to be quite frank - little nervous as company is new. I received the sofa , it was good but seems missing plastic stopper on bottom to prevent scratches. Though it was mot part of product but I thought its no harm in asking if they can provide. I was amazed at quick customer support and I got the part in few days. Definitely recommend company for quality product and excellent customer support

The Chair arrived by midday & by the evening it was completely shot. The cushions had gone flat on the main seat back and front and arms. The material had sagged and puckered up on the front and sides and back. The reclining function had failed, the full recline would no longer go fully back! Not worth the money. Build quality is terrible.
