United States | 23 February 2023We had ordered 2 cases to decide which one we preferred. We are keeping one, and really like it. I went through the return process for the other by emailing "infoyaheetech shop" and haven't heard back. I called and went to customer service only to be sent back to the same email through a voicemail. I left a direct message on Instagram to @yaheetech and heard nothing as well so I figured I'd try here. The website says to contact the email, request a return label, and the refund will process after they receive the item. Is there a different process I should be following if no one is monitoring that email? We plan to order another one of the size we're keeping so there's nothing wrong with the product, just would appreciate a response so we can return this one. Edit as of March 2nd: They have since responded to my emails and been very helpful. They sent me my return label and have been keeping me updated on the refund process. I will be purchasing another one of the smaller size cases very soon as it is a good quality product. Despite the initial issues with responses, I would recommend Yaheetech's products due to their willingness to amend the situation.

United States | 07 February 2023I got a potting bench from them and I'm really happy with it. I keep my plants in my bathroom so I needed something small. It fits super well and I finally have somewhere to store all of the soil and tools I have. I have a lot of moss poles stored underneath it too. There are plenty of places to store my tools in the hidden "drawer" thing and I can put some of my plants as decorations on it as well! Overall, the quality is very high for such a low price, and it will most likely last for years since it won't be outside in the elements.
