The trellis is exactly as described. We are so pleased it is made in the USA! We are 77 yrs old and were able to understand and put it together in approx. 1 hr. Pleased that an additional screw of each size was included. Nothing missing!! And it was delivered in less than a week. Thank You.

Ordered a white bedside table - they sent a grey one! Placed another order and they sent a large box with 2 patterned tables instead of a single plain white one. Obviously returned them both, had confirmation they had received them back. Now they are asking me to send photos of the packaging details - how can I when they now have them? All I want is a full refund of the money paid. Not impressed and certainly won't be buying from them again!

I got a piece of exercise equipment that did not work out for what I needed. The company was AMAZING and gave me a full refund, even though it was my mistake for ordering the wrong equipment. Their customer service was A+ and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and I would highly recommend this company. You can't get better customer service than this company.

This is an excellent shop. I ordered a cat tree from them through Walmart. It was super fast shipping and came packaged very well. I appreciate that the packaging kept it nice and safe during shipping. It is a great quality product and my cat loves it. She has climbed all over it and likes to take naps on it. The hammock is precious and all of the different bed choices are great. I will definitely order more products from this store as I highly trust them.

I recently purchased a cat tower from the company Yaheetech. I was incredibly encouraged and happy by the high quality materials that was used and the very detailed information guide that came with. It literally walks you through step by step to build it from the ground up. Each step clearly tells you which pieces you will need and which screws so you can’t go wrong. The screws and the wood and the pre drilled holes were quality work in the manufacturing phase which made assembly very easy. The pre drilled holes were the perfect size and the screws were top strong and sturdy making the over all product very strong and study for my cats. I had a couple questions to ask before I got started and Yaheetech were very easy to get hold and gave me fast and informational answers. I couldn’t be more happier with this over all experience.

Placed an order for two items, only one was shipped. Tried to call the shipping, customer service, and sent an email. No one ever picks up the phone, and no responses to my emails. Then I went to the website, did the chat bot, and told me to wait 24 hours. The fact that you cannot speak to someone will make me never want to purchase from them again. Horrible customer service.

I have been supporting this brand from 2019 and they have delovered nothing but quality and great service. One of my favourite product is their cat tree condo that provides a great area for cats to scratch and consequently i reccomend all cat lovers to buy that item. After purchasing the condos i havent have any issue with keep my living area clean as they prefers to scratch in the condo. Overall they are a good bdand i reccomend purchasing from them.

Ich habe einen Computertisch gekauft. An sich OK aber zwei Teile haben gefehlt. Von der Montageanleitung konnte man nur sehen, dass da zwei Teile noch anzubauen sind, aber was das genau ist, konnte man nicht erkennen. Ich habe eine Mail geschrieben, worin ich bat, mir doch die Teile zu senden. Zurück kam nach Tagen die Antwort, dass das zuviel Probleme aufwerfen würde. Sie schicken mir 10 Euro und ich soll mir gefälligst die Teile selber kaufen. Naja, Dienst am Kunden sieht definitiv anders aus.

Great Fence!!!!! It did exactly what I hoped it would

The product was deliver on time had no problem seen where it was and when it was going to arrive to my house.

I ordered a $90 makeup case through this company and they sent me an email the next day saying that they only had one of them in stock and that it was damaged and to prevent sending me damage inventory they're going to issue me a full refund as soon as possible and I haven't gotten any refund and it's been weeks and I've tried to message them through email and on their account on Facebook and still have yet to get a response and I've included a detailed letter of what happened my order number and the confirmation code and have not got a response besides an automated email they basically stolen from me

I never received my order. All inquiries didn’t produce any answers.

I purchased an end table and love it. It was easy to assemble and works perfectly in my space.

Product & Delivery were fine, except the Magnification Light I ordered was 10X, not the 5X which I received. I’m returning the (2) 5X lights and will reorder the 10X lights again.

My order was just what I expected. Came on time and in good shape.
