I am a regular customer of Yaheetech and have bought a number of products from them. My experience so far has been great. All the products are good quality and durable. I loved their couch which was very comfortable. Their customer service is excellent and easy to deal with. The items arrived well packed and without any damage. The shipping was fast. I recommend them.

Product quality was on par with the price. One of my cases did not arrive for up to a week after the others. I had to contact them to get it delivered, it was resolved quickly and I received the missing package. The deck tiles were easy to install however seem they will fade/scratch very easily.

Sent email to Yaheetech, no reply so posted bad review here. Yaheetech replied instructing me to send another email via their site, like first time, I was told someone would reply. Still no reply, still have the same problem. My advice is do NOT buy from this company. No customer service whatsoever, products workable for 12 months then fail.

I bought a cage in this store through Amazon, when the product arrived at my house it did not look like the one in the photo I returned it and had to pay $ 103 for shipping. When I paid $ 20 to take it home, this is an abuse, they didn't send me a label. Not people or Amazon gave me back what I spent is unfair and the same thing happens to them

This company provided me with a coffee table. It's quite durable and does the job well. As a result, I chose to purchase the console table from them. I'm quite pleased with my purchases. Everything appears to be as described. The wood is strong and has a lovely finish. Everyone can understand the instructions. I'll be able to set it up on my own. I would strongly suggest the company to anyone looking for good quality house furnishings at a reasonable price.

Cage is great ! Was bigger than I was expecting so more room for my Birds . However the stand and main reason I bought this doesn’t fit my cage . The cage is too small for it . I tried rigging it to no avail. I finally ended up putting a wooden board underneath so I could use it .

I like this seller. They haves lots of high quality products and good customer service. When I ordered from them everything was shipped quickly and it came packaged really well so nothing would break. They also include really clear instructions that make setup easier.

I ordered a cat tree which turned out to be the wrong size. I sent it back to the address provided for returns at a cost of $50.20 and it was sent back to me. Very bad experience overall. I will never order from them again.

Received my cat tree, but not the directions to assemble it. No directions online for that model (but all the others did) and when I attempted to reach out to get instructions using the email on their website, I received the email back, in what appears to be Chinese (though I am no expert) stating that their “quota exceed the hard limit” in the translation at the bottom of the page. I now have pieces of a cat tree that will forever either sit on my floor or in the garbage.
