I got a table console from this company. It's simply elegant and well-made. I love that it is easy to assemble and the design would fit most home decor. Happy with it!

I ordered a fire pit from them. When I opened the box I was upset to find the spark guard missing. I sent emails to the Company and was told in an automatic message to send it back with a label to run off. The return had to be done at my expense (£23) and no refund has been given for the postage. I asked for a replacement and this was sent to me complete. I would not order from this Company again.

Yaheetech is a step above the rest. I ordered a dog playpen a few weeks ago. It arrived much quicker than expected, is very high quality and affordable. I did have some questions prior to purchasing and customer service could not have been more helpful!!!

The cage is a good size. It's definitely a two-person job and that is a necessity. If you're not used to putting things like this together I would definitely not suggest it. Shipping time was accurate. The one thing I will say is that the paint chips fairly easily which requires me to smooth it down. But other than that it's a good cage.

Good service and fast communication. Purchased an office chair with missing parts. Contacted the company and within a day, missing parts were shipped to me without questions. On top of that, shipping speed is fast too!

Highly recommended seller, great customer service, very helpful and my lovely corner sofa was delivered earlier than expected - which was great just before Christmas. The corner sofa is bigger than I thought but looks exactly the same as the picture in the advert - love all the cushions that came with it ! The delivery guys were great too, ringing to let me know the time of delivery, unpacked and set up the sofa exactly where I wanted it. You do have to dispose of a lot of packaging yourself though. Seats are firm but I find that better than my old one which needed the cushions plumping constantly. I also bought the matching footstool which is a good size and I would recommend as it makes the sofa into a chaise lounge. Very happy customer !

I purchased a 4 drawer storage cabinet from Yaheetech and love it. It is very well made, sturdy and came with a lot of hardware including screws, wooden dowels and circular locking hardware. I have the cabinet right outside my bathroom and am only using 2 of the 4 drawers. There is tons of space. Well made and worth every penny. Thanks Yaheetech

I got a 59" cat tree for my 3 cats from yaheetech.shop after looking around and pricing. It was easy to put together and I had no issues. It took about 40 minutes. My cats really love it and I am glad I got it. They needed a place to play and nap.

Some holes were not drilled as shown by the pictures on user manual.

The single worst experience I have ever had with an online order. I ordered a dog pen from this company only because they promised the earliest delivery, 3 working days from the order. My dog had just had spinal surgery which was emergency and thus unexpected so I needed the item fast. On the third day after my order I was contacted by Arrow XL to arrange delivery. But not for the Monday as I expected. The first date they had available was the following Thursday. Over a week after my order. The Thursday arrived, but my dog pen did not. (The details of Arrow XL's ineptitude can be found on the only other negative review I have ever published here.) I expected help from Yaheetech. I got an email saying I "had" to be patient. Then they amended my order details saying that delivery had been guaranteed between July 1 and July 3. That was not the case when I ordered. They also amended the order to say that I had requested another date. Not true. I took the earliest date I was offered. They then (true to form it seems) went completely quiet. I still haven't received the puppy pen, 10 days after the order, 5 days after the promised delivery date. It is clearly a cynical attempt to get orders by promising fast delivery which they must know isn't possible. Clearly the only thing they do care about is getting the orders, what happens after that is of no interest to them. I would strongly suggest that you order from other companies, and certainly do not trust the Amazon reviews as I foolishly did. Trustpilot is much more accurate.

I ordered 2 outdoor bistro table sets that came with broken and missing parts. When I contacted them via email, they tried to schooz me by calling me "valued" customer, asking where I bought the item and order number. I replied with all the info they asked for 6 TIMES. Nothing, just crickets.. They are just full of it. I will make sure if ordering anything, it's not from this company. Shoddy product, and worse customer service!

bought table and two chairs for outside in the garden. after assembling with totally useless spanner supplied that bent out of shape on first nut i tried to tighten taking the skin off my nuckles! i noticed one of the chairs had not been painted. cost me £7 for tin of bronze spray paint, and i had to paint the chair myself. nice set though.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is ridiculous. Ordered 2 end tables n 1 coffee table as a set. Paid 300 for them. One of the end tables was broke when I took it out of box to put together. Yet box was not damaged. Obviously when they packed it they broke the side piece. My son emailed them to try n get a replacement piece. They wanted pics of broken piece. We did that. WEEKS GO BY N NO RESPONSE. FINALLY A RESPONSE. Then they wanted pics again. We did that AGAIN. NOW IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS N I STILL DONT HAVE REPLACEMENT PIECE. SO OBVIOUSLY I CAN'T PUT TABLE TOGETHER. FINALLY ANOTHER EMAIL AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING IT'S OUT OF STOCK N WANT TO OFFER $10 BACK. MIND YOU I PAID 300 FOR THE SET. I THINK 1 TABLE IS WORTH MORE THAN $10. THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. MAYB IF THEY'D HAVE SENT A REPLACEMENT 2 MONTHS AGO WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION IT WOULDN'T BE (OUT OF STOCK). I AM STILL GOIN TO KEEP PURSUING THIS MATTER UNTIL IT IS RESOLVED. Bought 4PCS dining chairs (model #611161). Excellent value and good quality. Free delivery and arrived 2-3 days before expected. Contemporary/modern design and well manufactured. Would definitely use this company again.

I purchased a commercial pop up canopy, which is very good. However it was damaged by being hit by a cheap tent during a storm. I have tried getting the original seller topeakmart from Ebay to help me get replacement parts, but they will not return calls or emails. Found out that Yaheetech made the tent, and emailed them my request, they asked for order info and which canopy purchased. I supplied that and nothing!!! I have tried calling and leaving messages, emails and using their automated system and no response!!! I have repeatedly told them I am not asking for warranty coverage, I just need to replace the damaged leg. Poorest company for customer service.

Bought a sofa as spare bed occasional sofa. All OK until a year old with very little use.Tried contacting through Amazon no response at all. Very dissapoinyimg. By law item has to be fit for purpose just my little 10 year old nephew sat on it. Poor quality.
