OMGOSH DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wonder if the owner knows how HORRIBLE his customer service team is. I ordered a art drafting table for my friend. She emailed them with pics. Two boards delivered with mo holes to assemble. They emailed her saying just keep it, we’ll give you a 15% credit. Nothing mentioned about we will ship you a replacement. After a month of emails, I requested refund asking how they wanted to dispose of faulty delivery. They sent a shipping label that customer will pay, FURIOUS, Amazon has submitted refund.

Shocking service, item says it sent on 6 May, and is 13 may now and I still don't have item despite paying top dollar for rural delivery. not impressed and would not recommend to anyone

I ordered 2 end tables as a package deal from Amazon. First one arrived timely and took over 2 hrs to put together....only pictures on instructions. I'm okay with the table....my problem is I can't get them to send me the 2nd one. They keep saying is on its way. In cking ups # given shows label created weeks ago but never shipped. Seems to be a recurring theme here in the reviews. Rating is for first table not awful service. Update...Did finally receive the 2nd table after much badgering by me.

I purchased a coffee table from yaheetech. Just as expected, super fast shipping, easy to put together instruction were super easy to understand anyone could put it together. The quality is A+!! I will be purchasing other products.

I purchased a fantastic outdoor umbrella with a built in solar light from Yaheetech. I love the vibrant red color of the outdoor umbrella! It came well-packaged, no damage when I opened it. It was extremely easy to put up, just connect the two poles together and attach to your own base. The crank works smoothly to open and close the umbrella and the ties are simple, effective. The solar light works great, no issues and I love the ambiance it helps build at dusk/evening times.

I bought a sofa from yaheetech and was very impressed with the quality and comfort. The sofa was easy to assemble with clear and easy to follow instructions. My entire family loves sitting on it and we all find it very comfortable. The free shipping was definitely an added bonus.

I thought vodofone had terrible customer service and now yaheetech are on a par. I ordered an owl with a movable head to scare pigeons. Owl arrived without the part that moves the head and have tried to get a response via email and completely ignored. Dont buy anything from this company.

I love using yaheetech to order things online. The delivery fee is very reasonable and the goods were delivered on time. My last purchase was a computer desk and chair and that is my best purchase to date. The chair is very comfortable and it prevents back pain. I recommend yaheetech to my friends and they love using it. I am recommending it to you all, I promise you would not regret this.

Don’t go near this company. They are not trustworthy, they do not reply to emails, they will not accept phone calls. Best to look somewhere else for what you want to avoid the hassle and stress I have experienced from them. Be warned.

I gave 2 stars because I like the chair that I did receive. However this company is very shady. I ordered a set of chairs (2 chairs) from them off of Amazon. They claimed the chairs shipped on 3/29/21. Estimated delivery was 4/2/21 to 4/5/21. Never was delivered. When looking at the tracking from UPS, they said label created ready to ship when item arrives. So they printed the label but never dropped off the Oder to UPS! I contacted them and they claim it takes a while for the tracking to update (No it doesn’t).But they asked I wait a couple days. So I did. Item arrived on 4/8/21. However only 1 chair was sent!!! Grant it they did send me two tracking numbers. But one of them never received the item to ship. It was 4/8 and UPS was suppose to get it on 3/29. So I contacted them again asking where my other chair was! They said they sent me two numbers and tracking takes some time to update. (NO IT DOESNT!!! ) As soon as UPS gets the item they scan it. It doesn’t take time for this to happen. Happens right away when they accept the shipment. So they asked for me to wait a couple more days. I ended up contacting Amazon to get them involved. This company is awful and not trustworthy!!! I just want my order. Didn’t ask for a refund just want my second chair. It’s 4/9 and it still hasn’t shipped.

This is a very affordable planting bed very good to use I would recommend any one to buy this product you can put it in your front yard garden. It save a lot of space. They provide a great customer service and fast shipping very great and strong product.

I am really disappointed with this company. I bought 4 dining chairs for £ 165.99 via Amazon, when I received the chairs it was at a low standard and had a bent on the leg of the chair. For two weeks, I have been sending emails to them asking for a refund but they ignored my request, they just said they will exchange chairs but not a refund. I kept sending emails about my request. Until today they agreed to do so however refusing to organise a pickup and making me pay for the collection. Extremely, disappointed.

I purchased 2 queen beds from them off Amazon and shipped via ups. Only 1 bed arrived! Ups couldn't track the second bed because there was one tracking number for both beds and there were NO notations, other than my order, that there were 2 items in the order. Amazon saw I purchased 2, yaheetech saw I purchased 2, UPS only knew there was one piece shipped. Yaheetech could only reply that the item was received. Poor shipping procedures, poor tracking, poor customer service. Save your sanity and do NOT purchase from yaheetech, it's a game of craps.

I really like my Desk top computer stand,it was easy to put together,it only took me less than an hour to put it together it’s nice and sturdy,the right size for the space I needed,I received it earlier then what I was told,l would highly recommend this desk.
