United States | 28 February 2021Absolutely terrible and unprofessional, it almost seemed like I was getting trolled when going back and forth via emails. The customer service is horrendous. I ordered a barbell rack for my kids for christmas just to find out an important piece to it was damaged so we could not assemble or use the rack. The employee I was emailing said that the one part I was needing to be replaced was in stock but it was also damaged. After I requested a refund, the employee suggested I should sell it or "give it to someone else as a gift." It is about to be 2 months and have still yet to find a solution. Absolutely terrible experience, do not recommend shopping at YaheeTech.

They have came in perfect condition and have included all parts for easy assembly, if assembly was required. Yaheetech's customer service has been A+. They care about the products they sell as well as their customers. I have ordered many of their items including the bird cage and a play pen for my puppy. I plan to be a customer for years to come.

United States | 20 January 2021I purchase a online computer desk from Walmart. When I received the desk there was 6 screws missing. The reason for my purchase I’m working remotely from home, now I’m working on a folding table because I can’t install my computer desk. This computer desk came from company Yaheetech. Desk model# 611120 Rustic Brown. Just like other customers, left many voice messages and email. It’s ridiculous that’s this the worst customer service I ever experience. I’m glad you got my money with no problem but I can’t get missing screws replace. What a totally ripoff!!!!

United States | 15 January 2021I had gotten a product from Yaheetech as a gift for Christmas (Via Amazon) - it broke the same day we installed it. It was just one little part which I’m sure could be easily replaced. We contacted both Amazon & Yaheetech as stated in the manual. Amazon was great... as to be expected, Yaheetech - Awful! I made SEVERAL attempts, called, left voicemails, wrote Emails & NOTHING! I don’t even think anyone works in their customer service department!! Extremely disappointed! Terrible

United Kingdom | 08 January 2021I have tried contacting the supplier (Yaheetech) multiple times, through Facebook messenger, email and the phone number (which stops ringing straightaway due to it not being real). Yaheetech are a fraudulent company. I’m not sure why Amazon even allow Yaheetech to sell on the platform. Only half of the product turned up. The build quality of this product is utterly embarrassing. It’s all plastic. P.S - if you fancy a laugh, head over to their Trustpilot and read all of their self written reviews. 😂 I genuinely think Stevie Wonder could’ve done a better job.

As for the items they’ve always been great quality for a lower price than most places and the instructions are always clear and easy to follow. Surprised to see any bad reviews tbh

United States | 05 January 2021the worst experience I ever had, I've been waiting for my items for over a month and a half that it was shipped on 1204 still have not received it I contact my FedEx cuz that's what I was told to do they said they never got it was never shipped to shipper said there was to contact FedEx FedEx talking to contacts chipper so here I am out of $400 out of my American Express and still nothing I will take further action is this is not resolved so I'm just saying I hope they read this wonderful review cartoon guy sucks really bad and folded who had a great experience good for you

After Amazon claim was filed, they said they would ship a replacement chair, created a shipping label, but never shipped it. Will not return calls or emails.

I purchased a chair, order was received as promised online, the item was exactly as described. I entered an incorrect email address and I immediately contacted them and they replied right away and resolved my issue without hesitation. The customer service rep was very polite and assisted me promptly. I would def buy again from Yaheetech. The chair is awesome btw!

When I checked the status of the FedEx tracking # it said the shipping label was printed but not shipped. I contacted Yaheetech & they said the FedEx tracking hasn't been updated & I will be receiving my item soon. I contacted Fed Ex & they said that a label was printed but the item was never handed over to FedEx. Do not trust Yaheetech because they lie & want to blame FedEx for their laziness. I will get a full refund one way or another! Super bad company!!!!!

United States | 27 November 2020This seems to be a great company. I bought my pet supplies and furniture from here and it’s good quality stuff. The customer service is great I had no issues at all. They were there for me when I needed them the most. This is one of my favorite company’s out there, because of the customer service they provide along with the products they sell, it’s just all good! I recommend them to anybody. Give them a try and you will be surprised too I’m sure of it. I have friends that have also shopped here and there experiences have been as great as mine!
