ordered a kia stonic ( well 2 and a sportage) with Matthew. Matthew was chatty helpful and for sure a great help with my 3 teenagers who have been in and out showing fsmily the csr of there choice ( which must have driven Matthew mad cause it did me). Matthew has kept us informed with everything from order to delivery and when the other 2 cars are coming. he did hand over of 1 car this week perfect in every way even with my crap tech knowledge. am looking forward to collecting the next 2 car within the next month. with all of Matthews help we have defo made the correct choice. he is a complete credit to you and if anyone needs a recommendation I would highly recommend John Grose and Matthew for sure ..... the only downside is Matthews commitment to Southend United but we can't have it all ....ha ha

My wife ordered a new Kia Stonic from Matthew at the Lowestoft branch. Matthew was extremely helpful, very chatty and treated us like friends. He kept us informed of the progress. After the wait for the car to be built and shipped, we got the call to come and collect it (yay) Again Matthew done the hand over, he took his time to help us learn and understand my wife's new car, allowed questions to be asked, and answered them with a great deal of knowledge. We will most definitely be using John Grose Lowestoft again when we change the car in three years time.
