Would never recommend them with an appalling trade in price for my car,another ford dealer gave me £1700 more for my car.l felt I was being robbed,not a nice feeling?After speaking with one of your directors,I'm surprised at your quick appalling response,I will be taking my business elsewhere and wonder why you get a lot of customers by undervaluing their cars or was it just mine?

A smooth process without any issues, the dealership were fine, our sales executive Al Farrington was professional keeping us informed on the order, or handing it over to a colleague while he was off. It is very early days with the car, there was a slight bit of damage when delivered but this should be rectified. The only slightly disappointing aspect was the delivery process I was informed the car was to be transported to the dealership, on handover it had 51 miles on the clock indicating it was driven from the Ipswich showroom which I wasn't aware of, only a small point but to me quite important.

Having heard good things about John Grose of Woodbridge I thought I would use them for my recent purchase of a Ford fiesta titanium x and I’m glad to say I wasn’t disappointed. My experience with John Grose Peugeot has been excellent since I began using dealer for my car. Gary who assisted with my motobility car and handover of car was very efficient and courteous. He always ensures that each customer is happy with the help they receive when choosing a car. 7The mobility car I have just received was well worth the time it took to arrive. The whole process of receiving car was 10/10. The staff member and all staff courteous and very helpful. Buying a car from Peugeot is also an experience of good communication and dedicated customer service. They offer finance based on very good - excellent. They always try to help. If you have back pain I recommend the seats very supportive and comfortable. Wide choice of all their model cars and a test drive is a good way to help choose car. So to end review highly recommend as a customer. I have truthfully never had a bad experience.
