Purchased a car from John Grose, Ipswich at the end of June 2023. I’d seen the car on their website a week or so before and as it was just the specification I’d been looking for, I gave them a call. A salesperson called Luca answered almost immediately. Luca has been absolutely brilliant, easy to contact and quick to reply. It’s still early days with the car but right now, if I was looking for another car tomorrow, I’d definitely start with a look at the vehicles on the John Grose website.

I just had to record publicly my sincere thanks to the Service Department at Ipswich. Not only are they always friendly and approachable but they have looked after my Focus so well over the first three years of its working life - it has just passed its first MOT with no problems. In addition there was a rather complicated (electronic) warranty repair to perform for which the parts were ordered and the repair carried out last week. I waited for the work to be completed in the pleasant and comfortable area provided for drivers - the car was handed over in immaculate order on time. V impressive. Aimee, the delightful service advisor, kept me informed on progress at all times. When I drove the car away it drove so well I had to resist the temptation to return and ask to meet the mechanic so I could thank him personally for a job so well done. Having had our last car for 15years bought and serviced every year by John Grose we were of course a bit anxious when it came to buying a new one but James was so helpful going through every stage of the process,and even delivered my car with detailed handover.
