No question was ever too much & I didn’t feel intimidated at the dealership/handover. Both Al F & Matthew N did a great job. Very professional & excellent customer service. All communication by me was always answered promptly. Despite being over 100 miles away I would actually consider using John Grose Lowestoft again in the future. The cars great too. Thank you

United Kingdom | 13 September 2023Horrendously BAD service department, lazy rude service advisors, lazy rude service manager, this garage is out to charge customers for warrantable items!! Clearly none of them know how to do their jobs whatsoever! A car, a DS, taken in for a recall with a fault or issue nothing to do with the EV battery but upon picking the vehicle up has developed an EV battery fault (charging error) then told by the garage after another visit that the battery has been found to be at fault & told it needs a new one to be paid for by the customer(!!) on a car still under manufacturers warranty that’s done only 12k mileage?! I being an ex-service advisor found the DS automobiles U.K. site very interesting, the battery is covered under an 8 year OR 100k mile warranty…ie checked to 70% capacity & cells removed & or repaired if necessary UNDER WARRANTY for the 8 years OR 100k miles - so no the customer does NOT need to pay for a new battery it needs to be replaced or repaired under the warranty guidelines! This information took me 10 minutes to find!! Try having a bit more customer service & doing your jobs more thoroughly & properly John Grose!!!

Stuart, who handled the sale, was really helpful and knowledgeable and I felt totally at ease with him. Of course he wanted to sell me a car but I didn’t find him at all ‘pushy’ and throughout he was polite, friendly and I felt comfortable discussing all aspects of the purchase with him - including financial matters. He helped with sorting out the transfer of my personalised plate and other minor matters that saved me time. I also felt I was offered a very fair price when trading in my previous vehicle. I would definitely recommend John Gross - and Stuart!

Ryan was in contact to let me know how everything was progressing with the car. The paperwork went through mid August and the car was delivered 1/9/23 at 11am, considering the distance between where I live and the retailer this is amazing. All paperwork sorted easily and the handover was very thoroughly done, making sure everything was set up before leaving. Would 100% recommend this retailer.

The sales agent,Adam Hills kept me informed about the car I had ordered and its journey through the build process. The handover was smooth and painless, made quicker with the use of online tools and very informative about my new purchase. I am very happy with the car and very happy with the service. He is knowledgeable and has the best customer service approach. From the first contact right through the application process, and delays and changes beyond his control, he made it a very smooth journey.
