I was a bit frustrated when submitting the test photo but it all worked out OK in the end. Certificate issued quickly once test photo submitted.

The app was difficult to use, the certificate took over 13 hours to arrive - adding to the stress of the travel My ferry was booked for 13:30 29/4. I started the test 9pm 28/4. Prior to that I was traveling and had no access to WiFi It took over an hour of "scanning" to take the photo of the test - even in a well-lit place. I gave up several times, thinking there was a technical problem, and then had to re-enter all my details every time. Having finally taken the photo & completed the test - negative (now late at night). The certificate still hadn't arrived when I set off to the port at 7am the following morning - 5 hours of driving. I have no access to WiFi while I'm driving. Still no results at 10:30 - so I stopped & spent 1 hour in a services to access WiFi, but was unable to contact MyHealthChecked. I still had 1 hour of travel, still with no certificate, & was now worried I would have no certificate, & be late for the ferry. The certificate finally arrived 11:30 - but I could have done without the added stress!

Really great service at a very good price. We uploaded our pics and had the fit to fly certificate shortly after. No complaints whatsoever.

Everything went well until the system would not accept any of my perfectly good photos of the test. As it is clearly stated that the test is valid after 15 min and invalid by 30 min this was incredibly stressful. I nearly lost my nerve as my flight depended on a certified negative test result. Luckily I found a phone number online and the issue was resolved (there was a techinical glitch, my photos were all perfect). However, had I taken the test in the evening or at night, the situation would have been very different.

Not needed to go to Greece. Loads of misinformation
