Terrible slow service, ordered rapid antigen test on Monday, still haven’t received it and it’s now Friday. Replacement is apparently on it’s way but I don’t see how that will reach me in time if the original order still isn’t here..

Bought through boots which was delivered overnight. Completed the test is it to follow instructions. I didn’t use the track 24 but paid for 9 am next delivery because I was on a tight turnaround. Results came back the same day that they were received. Also needed to contact customer services a couple of times to ask questions both on email and phone and both are very helpful.
