Overall very good. I provided some feedback regarding more detailed instruction on scanning and uploading the image, but apart from that, everything worked as documented. Denise provided first class help when required.

The video wouldn't play and I couldn't continue to load the photo of the test and get the certificate without it. I tried two browsers on two phones. I had to email customer service who responded quickly but it was an unecessary stress when travelling. Also to put in the date of birth on my mobile I had to click back month by month..no way of selecting the year. At my age it was a lot of clicks.....

However had experienced difficulties in that the camera function in my 6 year old phone was not activated by the app, there is a 15 - 30 minute window to upload the result yet the app did not say that the countdown had started, difficulty in entering date of birth as had to go back on the calendar month by month which for me involved 70 taps

I have used this service before without complaint. However, if things don't go to plan and they miss the deadline for providing the test result, they rely on the small print on their website to absolve themselves of any responsibility. My test result arrived after my flight had taken off even though I had followed their instructions to the letter. I had to pay an additional £120 to get a test at the airport to make my flight. In future, I will not (cannot afford to) rely on a company that is unable to accept its service is flawed.
