The test came back really quickly. The test was easy to use. Registration of the kit was complex and I had received no email with a code so had to select fit to fly option, despite doing the test for another reason.

Thanks for the opportunity to review my experience. I dropped my test in the priority postbox on Tuesday at 9am, assuming you would collect regularly from the box, and knowing that post office collections take place nearby at that time. I heard from you that you were processing it on Thursday at 9.17. How could it take a full 48 hours before you even get the test???? The arrangements are really clumsy and not reliable. The test result arrived at 12.46 after my flight time from Johannesburg 12.20 which I had clearly indicated on my form. I had to pay £119 for another test. As you are recommended by my employer I will be writing to them to let them know about this.

The 24 hour package return took 60 hours to arrive at the target address - but when the sample was dropped off it was processed quickly so 3 stars

5 stars for speed of service. The 'Activate your test' bit wasn't easy and I had to get your phone number from Boots (where I bought the kit online) as I hadn't been given a bar code to enter. I was helped, though, by a member of staff who advised me to change the reason for my test so that a bar code was not required. That was a pleasant exchange. The instructions on how to carry out the test were clear - the video particularly good. The email to let me know that the test had been received was reassuring. Speedy testing and results email. It was a nightmare doing the online form. Fancy using a dial system for your date of birth. I am dyslexic and didn't have someone tonhelp me at the time. My friemd has written this for me. Also I made a mistake correcting the time and conveniently it was the only thing the website said you couldn't change. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 1 was the people on the other end answering emails were very helpful. And you buy the test and don't find out until afterwards they are not open bank holidays. Also if my flight had arrived an hour later I wouldn't of needed the test.
