I finished the whole video before I understood what do to. But the test was easy to do by myself at home. The result was really quick.

Very quick and reliable service. Opted for delivery home address, pop in a post box. PCR test arrive next day, and Lab result and fit to fly within 24 hrs.

Very good service, results arrived in less than two hours. I had a problem uploading the photo, I emailed it to customer service and the person responded immediately and fixed the problem (her name is Alysia - a big thanks for helping!)

There was supposed to be a confirmation email with the booking reference, I didn't receive one. I missed the deadline to get my test done in time for my flight next day. Stressful. I eventually found the booking reference stuck to the inside of the envelope. I'm giving you 2 stars because I had the ingenuity to send my test in anyway on the off chance that I would get it back in time. I did get it back in time otherwise I would give you one star.

Rapid delivery of the kit, clear instructions and the result was emailed to me by midday on the day after posting.

Absolute shambles wouldn't recommend to anyone especially if ur flying on a monday morning, they do not work on a Sunday. We had to fork out another 240£ on express tests as ours wouldn't have been back in time for flying to thialand
