Very quick results.

Tests arrived quickly, well before day needed. When we carried out the tests I messed up a date of birth when I uploaded the information. I rang the number and it was answered ( by a helpful human!) very quickly and he amended the details for me. The e-mail confirming the uploaded tests didn’t arrive for 2 of the group of 5 but again I rang and all test certificates were available on my account . Strongly recommend.
