We received our PCR tests quickly, we carried out the tests on Sunday 20 March and received our negative results in 20 minutes, it should be 2 hrs so we were well impressed as we were flapping as we had an early flight to the U.S.A thanks once again.

Tests ordered Monday but did not arrive until Friday. A video of the uploading process would have assisted for the technically challenged

Responsive, quick and easy to follow directions. I had to fly back to the US and this rapid test was MUCH EASIER than the one I later performed in the US to confirm my negative results (I did not need to do that second test; that was just for my peace of mind). Would use same service again if needed.

All well on the day, but I was surprised to be given 2 tests to do at home, not easy for me being visually impaired, and nothing like that happened last time. I would have preferred to get all the results at once, even if there was a little delay. As it is, I am still waiting for one report. In the past there has been a report on plaque, which I would like to have seen this time also, for comparison. Generally I get the feeling that the whole test has been reduced compared with past years.

Everything was very simple and easy to do. Clear instructions. Test kits arrived very quickly. Very good price for a "fit to fly", considering many other places charging double or more for the same test (of the ones I found). Results emailed within 2 hours. Didn't need to go anywhere as it was a home test kit which made it more convenient. Very happy overall. Currently typing this after arriving at my Destination.

After Royal Mail took more than the guaranteed 24 hours to deliver my test I was worried I wouldn't receive my result in time for my flight. I emailed customer service who responded very quickly and a few hours later I received my results. Very happy with the service.

PCR arrived quickly, got the result about 6 hours after it arrived at the lab. Royal Mail were slow getting it to the lab so it was about 30 hours from posting to result. Very easy process from start to finish.
