Simple and efficient

Time critical PCR Test, by post, I was worried, but a friend recommended and I need not have been concerned. Everything ran like clockwork, and the travel from UK to Zimbabwe was uneventful. In short, they were efficient; they were great. One point, if your cert doesn't appear in your inbox, do check your junk (but that's second nature these days isn't it?)

Tests arrived in good time, however, when doing the tests there was some confusion as it wasn't clear to me as the purchaser that a separate code had been sent to other people I had purchased tests for. This caused issues when trying to conduct the test to return, but support responded promptly and helped resolve the issue.

Wasn't sure exactly what i needed or how to use, Denise was simply superb, she helped me and answered my questions, and was just brilliant, what an asset to the business. Tests all arrived on time and even sorted a refund for some tests i didn't need, great service all round

Received our tests and no booking references or instructions inside the packaging, just test and invoice so not sure how to record results. However the support I received from Denise was top rate and defo a 5 star service from her. Denise sorted it all out for us.

Brilliant from beginning to end, can’t fault

This is an incredible service. I had to do a 24hour lateral flow before travel so no margin for error. My phone reported an error in connection when I sent my result. I emailed the customer service straightaway. They emailed me immediately to reassure me they had received my test result! I was so impressed. I also received my negative confirmation well within the 2 hours they state. Superb!

Couldn’t ask for more. Did test, sent it using a priority postbox, got an email when they had received it and another email a few hours later with the result. Great!
