Fabulous from initial contact I made to actual appointment, Replied within half an hr of request and so polite and down to earth, appointment made within few days and even a home visit which was perfect especially as I'm A carer for hubby and look after him . So no inconvenience at all to our routine. Lovely lady so informative and explained everything in detail, nice to have down to earth person, felt at ease ,very smart and professional, credit to you!!

Had earwax removed. By Jan in Chesterfield. She was pleasant ran through all possible risks before starting. It took over an hour as my ear canals are an unusual shape. Jan was professional but lighthearted and I felt at ease throughout. Many thanks

James at Hidden Hearing in Salisbury was absolutely superb. Very professional and explained everything to me and was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. I had my ears syringed after many months of problems including ear infections. Will definitely go back there in future.

It was very instructive to find out how many different frequencies affect hearing in a variety of ways

We were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. The slight problem that we had been experiencing was easily sorted out.

No matter how hard they try something always goes wrong. I,m now without a heating aid. The one I do have, does not work. I used to have two! I've been deaf now for days and I'm. fed up to the back teeth. Surely, hidden heating can offer a better service than this?

I had a very thorough hearing test, the result of which was that I had lost some of my hearing but it only affected me in noisy situations. They then let me try a hearing aid and I was pleased to see that there was no hard sell. We agreed that I did not need an aid at the moment and I have arranged an appointment for a review in a year's time.
