I have given Hidden Hearing five stars because I found the technician who visited me in Marlow very helpful and polite; but for now I think that I might try and see if I am eligible for NHS hearing aids.

I came for a hearing test after seeing a leaflet in the newspaper. I'm 40 and thought I'd damaged my hearing after years of using headphones for work and going to loud gigs. I don't know why I put it off for so long as the whole experience was excellent. Lovely welcome and a nice coffee on arrival. Lilly the audiologist was so lovely. Really reassuring and answered all my questions without making me feel daft for asking them. Even though the leaflet said the appointment was free I did think there must be a hidden catch where I'd be up sold something. I wasn't and it was all free. Overall I found it a really relaxing experience! Oh, and my hearing is normal and I can keep using earplugs at night. Win win!
