From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave it's a wonderful experience at Exeter Hidden Hearing. Nothing is too much trouble and time is taken to make sure you understand everything whether it is checking your existing Hearing aids or setting up new ones. Rosie and Richard are an asset to the company.

The lady from Hidden Hearing came to my house. She was very professionell and did a very thourogh examination of my ears and my ability to hear. She put me at ease and told me at the End of her visit, that right now I do not need a hearing aid but I should have a hearingtest once a year to be on the safe side

I have been having difficulty getting suitable hearing aids from various suppliers, and this was leading to me becoming quite withdrawn. Then Rosie and her assistant, Richard at Exeter Hidden Hearing came to my rescue and I now have aids that suit my needs. I want to express my deepest appreciation for the quality of service i received. Rosie was extremely professional: thorough, patient, responsive and very empathetic….she listened. I think she went beyond the call of duty to sort me out! Behind the scene, Richard provided a prompt and courteous service at all times. My hearing has improved and my mood has lightened. I have been using Hidden Hearing in Loughton, Essex for a few years now. I trust Wendy completely when Micro suctioning my ears. She is so gentle and thorough and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else to have this done. Absolutely excellent service. I would highly recommend.

As always Tasha was exceptionally professional and caring whilst removing the earwax. She checked that I was ok during the procedure. I can't ask for more.
