The fact that I arrived a week early and I was assured it would not be a problem to fit me in. I was given a coffee while I waited and then I was given there usual friendly and expert service. The couple of problems I was having with my hearingvsids were resolved and I am delighted with the results and the kind service.

This was my first audiology examination and it was was thorough yet relaxed.

I went in for a check up as I thought I was struggling with my hearing Never having it done before I was very nervous not knowing what to expect but Justine was very knowledgeable and relatable she guided me through the whole process and put my mind at ease turns out there was nothing to worry about it didn’t hurt at all and put my mind at ease after having my ears cleaned and hearing tested. And told I’m totally normal and nothing to worry about. Can’t recommend hidden hearing enough and Justine is brilliant

I always find Hidden Hearing to be friendly and efficient. The service they provide is excellent. I find the ladies who have been to my home, have been very caring and helpful. They explain everything clearly and take their time to make sure I’m a comfortable with everything. I would, and have recommended them to others.

Instant reply to my query. Appointment arranged within a few days and excellent follow up. A charming young lady arrived to conduct the hearing test and I was provided with new hearing aids the very next day! I cannot praise this firm too highly.
