Really warm welcome by the receptionist and the lady who did my hearing test was very thorough, explained everything in a very empathetic way. Friendly, very professional and trustworthy.

I struck gold when I met Khadisha at Hidden Hearing. Not only is she friendly, efficient and full of smiles at every ear wax removal appointment, she is also an expert ear care practitioner. When she spotted a potentially significant mark in my ear she reported it to my GP who went on to thank her for her professionalism and vigilance and told me to stick with Khadisha as she was so impressed.

Absolutely magical. Compassionate. Caring and sympathetic to my needs. My right ear is nonusable. Sadly for nearly £2.500 for the right ear only... To expensive.... First the good news (you will be able to hear again) then the bad news.... So am I to stay death... Or can you help???????

Although I have received good aids from HH in Bath, I have received no advice concerning the various mental problems that my severe hearing loss creates. They are very real issues and RNID have confirmed that my audiologist should provide this e.g. advice as to who I should contact for counselling and therapy. I paid thousands of pounds for my aids.

The staff where very friendly and helpful from start to my appointment and the receptionist was friendly and polite and friendly, kate Amy rankin-standing who did my examination was Friendly polite and very helpful with the information she gave me also all the way she explained ever step of test which put me at ease, would recommend this company to anyone

I had a great ear wax removal experience at Hidden Hearing with Debbie today. It was quick and easy to book online and Debbie made me feel really at ease, explaining everything as she went. I couldn’t believe how much wax had built up, especially as I’m in my early 30s. I would definitely encourage more young people to book as I feel so much clearer and better

Hidden Hearing have been my hearing aid provider for a few years now. I have always found Ben and Gaye extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have never had an issue making an appointment to suit me. Only two days ago one of my hearing aids stopped working. I rang Gaye in the office and she took me through all the problem solving, which I tried overnight. However, it didn't solve the issue. I called her again today and she asked me to come in whenever it suited me. 10 mins later I was in the office expecting Ben to take over but he was busy. Gaye had a look at them and within 20 mins it was problem solved. She gave both hearing aids the once over and renewed bits and pieces so both had a good service. I wish more companies gave this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend this branch of Hidden Hearing to anyone. Thank you Gaye. See you again.
