Excellent service and staff

Firstly I received a lovely reception from Kyra and no judgement for having blocked up ears. Very accommodating and understanding and I got an appointment for the same day. I then met Justina who was so articulate and helpful and was very knowledgeable. My ears are a bit of a challenge as very narrow canals and bend strangely but Justine was up for the challenge. She absolutely saved my week as I am a psychotherapist so being able to hear is paramount. I also loved her humour and outlook on life and how she is so passionate about her job. I can now be fully present to my clients and my family and I thank Hidden Hearing so much. I have booked in my next treatment for four months as I definitely want to keep on top of managing my hearing and it is so much easier to do a booking than with other audiologists that I have visited before. Thank you so much

Meeting lasted 20mins in which time hearing test was carried out. Never explaned much about phone recomended just it was yhe best one.

Ellie is always friendly and communicates well. She is patient and understanding of my mum’s needs Unfortunately I had been sent the wrong filters for my mum but Ellie has hopefully sorted this now

This was my 1st hearing test. Shaun was very friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome.He was very thorough in all the testing and gave easy to grasp and understand explanations. Can definitely recommend.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Leicester for wax removal and hearing test, they were absolutely brilliant, very friendly and welcoming, after the test, which did show certain parts of my hearing were not up standard, they said that I did not require a hearing aid even though I tried one and thought it was great, I shall return next year.

David is always very helpful and explains everything in detail very clearly.

I purchased aids in 2022 and its been great, the test in Leicester store has been very thorough. The audiologist Fareeha was brilliant. My hearing aids sound very clear.

Highly recommend Hidden hearing in Napier Road Tesco in Reading . So convenient now GPs won’t syringe ears , the vacuum used is far superior anyway . You can see on a camera what the ear drum looks like before and after . Charelle Allen-Springer was so kind and helpful I felt very well cared for

I had a great experience. Everyone that works there were friendly and had good time management. The lady that did the microsuction procedure, made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions about after care and my concerns about my reoccurring ear issues. She remembered a brief conversation we had at my initial appt and asked how I was which I appreciated as made the experience more personable.

Hidden Hearing is a godsend for the hard of hearing. I was despairing of ever being able to fully hear a conversation using my old hearing aids and often felt left out in company. The sound was muffled and indistinct. It was depressing. A friend recommended Hidden Hearing in Lincoln and I was amazed at their professionalism and attention to detail. All my questions were answered fully and with understanding of my situation. My new hearing aids were delivered promptly and I have never looked back. What a revelation ! After years of guessing what was being said I can now participate in discussion, hear music and even bird song. The sound is so clear yet controllable with their ultra modern aids. In addition, their after sales service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I can’t speak highly enough of Hidden Hearing and would recommend a visit to them. You won’t be disappointed.

My hearing test was carried out in a timely fashion and the audiologist explained the findings.

From arriving at Hidden Hearing. i was made comfortable by the staff. I received a friendly welcome and seen almost immediately ipon my arrival. Tom, my audiologist, explained all the processes clearly and concisely. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend the Lytham branch of Hidden Hearing.

I found the staff to be friendly , and as I had trouble finding a parking space , understanding . As I arrived somewhat breathless . This appointment was for wax removal by micro-suction , which was carried out efficiently and painlessly , with every step being explained clearly .

I’ve struggled with my ears for years and always put off getting them sorted which made them worse over time. Today i had them suctioned in Halifax and i was so scared and embarrassed about how bad my wax build up was but the staff were so so so lovely and welcoming and made me so at ease. From walking in i was offered refreshments and made to feel so welcome. The lady who suctioned my ears was constantly making sure i was comfortable and she did an amazing job, i don’t know why i was so scared lol! Would definitely recommend and i will be returning 😄
