When I attended my appointment at Hidden Hearing in Hove on Wednesday 22nd of I had serious worries about the Hearing Aids which I purchased in December. Liam, the Hearing Aid Consultant dispelled these concerns in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. He listened to all my questions and acted accordingly. The hearing test was the most thorough I've ever had and the hearing aids were amazing. Very friendly and professional staff.

Your representative, Jack is a knowledgeable and very helpful audiologist who looked after my husband on this his second trip to complete the use and charging of his prescribed aids and then proceeded to look after my needs. Unfortunately he met up with two ears which were as waxed up as a beehive so then had to stop but advised me how to have the wax removed.
