I received excellent service from Belinda yesterday when I urgently needed ear wax removal Belinda explained what she was going to do and I could hear so much better when the treatment was over although she was unable to completely clear the wax she gave me some oil to soften the remaining wax and made me another appointment at no extra cost.

I visited the Chichester Branch and saw ‘Jon’ who was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. He was kind and compassionate and took the time to make sure I was happy. I have had the hearing aids he recommended for two weeks now, and all I can say is that it has changed my life. I can hear in Church, my choir and when I go out with my friends. I was skeptical at first, as my friends have hearing aids from every other provider and they’re still struggling, but I can hear where they cannot. I would recommend Jon any day of the week, and Hidden Hearing are a wonderful company to deal with.

I recently went for a hearing test with Nicola Davis at Hidden Hearing after having been for ear wax removal with Ashleigh a few weeks earlier. Whilst I paid the fee for the ear wax removal, which was urgent, the hearing test was free. Both services were excellent. I was provided with a comfortable and friendly experience in both cases.

A very good young fellow looked after me, while does his necessary checks, but not forgetting receptionist. She was so good too. All in all a pleasant afternoon.
