Fantastic from start to finish. Found Hidden Hearing on the net after deciding to change from my usual ear care provider. Booking online was simple and hassle free, you get a text and a follow up call the day before which is nice. I arrived a little early but this was no problem as there is a small reception area to sit in, but as Mandy the Ear Care practitioner was a little ahead of schedule it was good to go. Mandy was fantastic explaining every aspect of the procedure even though I’d had done many times previously she took me every stage from the what sounds/sensations I’d get to any possibilities to be aware of. As I had impacted wax I would need a second visit this was no problem or further cost, which is very competitive and great value for money. I can not recommend Mandy and Hidden Hearing Hull highly enough, with their attention to detail second to none and value for money I will be returning.

Listened to the difficulties, re checked my hearing. Reset my hearing aids to reduce the problem of hearing when other sounds are around. David is very understanding and explaines everything very well.

Arrived a day early for my appointment by mistake. Liam very kindly fitted me in to save me coming back.

I had a visit at home for a replacement hearing aid and a hearing test which originated from a visit to the Liverpool centre who were absolutely brilliant, this is where I found out I had an issue with my hearing aid and my ears, I needed them syringing which I got done the next day and it was a very reasonable charge, I think Hidden Hearing are brilliant from the centre's to the home visits, they are always friendly and helpful and our very respectful of my property every time they visit, I will never use anyone else for my hearing.

I went to see jenny today she was very informantive and i understood everything she was saying. She was kind and made me feel super comfortable. Couldnt thank her enough.

As always a very pleasant experience on my visit to the Margate branch, Lucy the receptionist is always helpful with a big smile on her face. Luisa the audiologist is so patient and always makes me feel at ease and helps with any problems I have. I cannot recommend this company highly enough great service and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Been here a few times for wax removal. The process is quick and painless. Georgina explains the process throughout. My ears always feel great afterwards.

Tracy Stuart was my Ear Care Practicioner. Summary:- if you have any problems, just go and have the appointment. Hidden Hearing Inverness have really helped me and their care is plain to see. I had been looking forward to having my ears cleared for months, my work away kept me from coming earlier. Originally I wasn't even fully aware of the problem but on coming to a friend's appointment, Agatha, Tracy's colleague kindly offered to photograph my ear canals/drums for free! And in doing so my friend and I realised that my wax build-up was worse than theirs! Before coming to my appointment a work colleague of mine, by chance, told me that they had had a similar microsuction wax removal procedure, with a different company in the UK. Unfortunately theirs had not gone well to the extent that they were hospitalised. I realised that their case was not normal but was made slightly anxious. It did not put me off, so I phoned Hidden Hearing Inverness ahead of my appointment and explained my anxiety. They were respectful and gave me reassurance and even extended my appointment so that Tracy was able to give me a more in-depth explanation of the procedure. I am very grateful! The results are already incredible and I am really looking forward to this next week of re-exploring my soundscapes!! Thank you to everyone in the Inverness Hidden Hearing Practice!
