United Kingdom | 17 May 2019Waiting over 18 months for an irresponsible lending compliant to be resolved. They have been advised by an FOS adjudicator to refund interest and charges, but are not giving in because my loans are over 6 years old. Avoid!!! Terrible company. Hopefully they will meet their end like Wonga too!! Awful customer service. Listen to the experts at the Ombudsman Quick Quid, you’ll have to pay out eventually so why are you using these delay tactics?!

Information given on their website when taking or repaying monthly installment incorrect or not guaranteed. Being threatened by Debt collectors for an issue they created. Would never recommend or use them again.

Interest is so high you will be keep borrowing money from other lenders to pay debts . Once you get stuck inside their loan cycle you won’t be able to pay your food or bills you will be just paying them unaffordable loan

United Kingdom | 15 April 2019Unbelievable...what can I say...never again. Try to make early repayment see how they delay you. First card payments won't go through...why? It's the same bank card linked to address and bank details they sent payment to. No record on system of attempt to make payments????? Liars. I believe early payments cuts away more interest payment for them. Each member of staff you speak is informing one thing to another. Never the full truth or information. Never again after I will attempt to make scheduled payment via ddi due to card payments mine or even the wifes card??? Not being accepted had to set up another ddi if this payment don't go through and did not setup in tome will default me deliberately causing more charges.

United Kingdom | 31 March 2019Initially a handy service and on occasion I have paid earlier but my last loan I paid off for the entire 3 month duration...once I came to reapply they informed me that my account was frozen due to my repayment patterns, until 20/9/2019!!! Forget it, you pay them early and that is somehow irresponsible?! Lending stream is now my preferred choice.

Spent the last 5 months going back and forth to usa customer service who are a bunch of fraudsters couldn't find anyone in uk not even in london as i was willing to go there. ended up going financial obundsment route and qq miraculously found the money. they tried using scare tactics for you to double pay by sending letters etc! don't use!

United Kingdom | 08 March 2019Applied for a small load to tie me on due to unexpected bills, yet the company has taken over 14 hours and still are telling me to keep checking my emails. This seems to be their only advice. Yet still have set up their repayments???! I’m sorry but why am I paying for something I haven’t received?? Also, it’s now affecting me being able to even get a £50 loan from anywhere else as I have to repay this loan they haven’t even given me!! Guess I’m gunna have to wait till payday in a week before I’m able to eat again!

United Kingdom | 06 March 2019I got a loan out with this company. I had money in my account in the day they needed to collect first payment. They sent me an email saying I failed to pay them and I would be charged £15. I have proof I had money in my account and the email they sent me of how much money I owed them. I had the money to pay them they tried to scam me to get an extension on my loan and then pay them even more money. I will be taking further action for this. One big scam don’t fall for it.

United Kingdom | 26 February 2019Irresponsible lender. Was caught up in the payday loan trap and they kept increasing loan amount not giving the option to borrow a smaller amount! A very crude way of trapping people into a commitment they cannot afford and dont they know it! I tried to complain and my request for compensation was ignored and dealt with very poorly. I have now raised another complaint via a different avenue. Will write another review after the outcome of this. They claim to take complaints seriously, but it all seems to be a big lie.

Made me send bank statements multiple times as they didn't specify the requirements to begin with. Which I'm the end took them almost 24 hours to decide making me wait for no reason and making me send them more and more details for no reason. Had a better experience with wonga and they sold my loan with them to a debt collection agency. Says it all really

Received a email enovahelp.zendesk.com from Erin on Tuesday asking for bank details sent new details and have asked for confirmation of receipt of said email and they don't even have the courtesy to reply. I imagine i am in for a long wait to see my refund.
