Worse company I have ever dealt with. Not sure how they are still trading! Payment dates are 25th every month as they ask you what date you get paid from your employer and it states this on your contract yet they love to take payments days earlier knowing you do not have the funds in your account so they can charge you late payment fees. My next payment is due to come out 20th for some reason it is now the 16th yet they have put on my credit that I have a late payment this month which is confusing as it isn't even due yet! This has made me credit score go down 60! Totally and utterly shocked and upset at such a horrible company. Customer service is terrible, can never get through unless you are on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes and when you do you cannot even understand the people on the other end of the phone as they are not English! When you ask to speak to a manager you get cut off with no call back. Was told my last payment made could not be refunded as the funds were already received by then, LIES! It showed on my bank account as pending and I even got confirmation of this when ringing the bank twice! How a company can lie about that is beyond me when I had the evidence but there is never a way to get round these terrible companies! I'm not sure how anyone who works for this company sleeps at night!

This company lent to me irresponsibly, they rejected my complaint so it was sent to the FOS who ruled in my favour and upheld my complaint, the adjudicator told them to refund any interest, charges and statutory interest, QQ did not agree with them and this is waiting to be picked up by an Ombudsman. Instead of working with the FOS and handling the complaint properly they just employ delay tactics knowing the end result will be same. I think the FOS/FSA need to crack down on companies like this, they should not be trading if they do not handle complaints properly and fairly.

Adjudicator ruled they refund me my loan and interest which was roughly £950, they offered me £179, poor offer now being dealt with by ombudsman. They know they will have to pay out just a carry on with them stay clear of them!

Having sent them 2 emails after 2 phone calls at their request I have not received any reply back from them. Erin Nemo is the FOS complaints representative and was meant to have called me yesterday as promised but no phone call. This company has no idea on customer relations and not interested in communicating with anybody.

I recently started using quick quid again to speed up buying a couple of necessities just by a couple of weeks, I get paid more than enough but I needed some emergency things now. Anyway they have stopped me from using them because I paid them in full.??? DON'T TAKE MY MONEY. In future I'll give if to my now 2month old son.

I took out a £50 loan with Quick Quid via Top cash back 1 year ago and was promised £35 cash back but have never received my money. I stuck within the terms and conditions of the loan and despite giving these people my loan number I can't get any answer out of them! What a dreadful organisation! Avoid!

I opened a fraud case on the 5th of July, for a loan of £100 that was fraudulently taken out in my name. Since then no progress has bene made on the investigation at all. I’ve been told numerous times that I will receive an email with instructions on what to do next, however, it is now the 18th of July and I still haven’t received this email. Each time I’ve called I have spelled out my email address, also stating that my email is my full name (which you have on the system directly in front of you). Yet, every time I call to complain about not receiving the next steps, I am told the email is spelt wrong and it will be sent again. I was also told when I opened the fraud case that all activity on the account would be paused, yet every time I call the balance due has increased. This means activity on the account has not been paused and interest is accumulating. Due to the lack of communication and support from your team I have endured immense stress and anxiety, and a this has taken a huge toll on my mental and physical state. I want to put an end to this. Therefore - I will pay the original loan of £100, but refuse to pay the interest, and expect this to be cleared in my name. Now, all I want is the account number and sort code for quickquid (I will not give my details to pay over the phone for security purposes) that I will pay the £100 into, and the interest is to be cleared. If this is not sorted within the next 2 hours I will be on my way to the head office in London and contacting local newspapers about you extremely poor company that takes advantage of anyone possible.

This is an unauthorised firm! DO NOT USE!!!!!!! THEY WILL 100% RIP YOU OFF! I just checked with the Financial Conduct Authority. They are NOT an authorised company! They have been reported by many for running a scam! Their interest PER £100 is 80 pence per day "You may have borrowed money from a money lender who is not FCA authorised. These lenders are often called loan sharks and they may physically or verbally threaten you if you can't pay back the money. They also charge extremely high rates of interest, which means you may end up owing much more money than you originally borrowed. It's important to remember that loan sharks are breaking the law by lending you money in this way. They can’t enforce the high rates of interest they are trying to charge. You can’t be legally made to pay back the money and you have not broken the law if you don't pay it back. If you are being harassed or threatened by a loan shark, you can report them in confidence in the following ways: Telephone: 0300 555 2222. Calls, including mobile phones, will be charged at local rate. Text/SMS: text loanshark and your message to 60003. Texts will be charged at your network's standard rate. They can't initiate court proceedings because everyone is after them! JUST BLOCK THEM!

I'd give it 0 stars if that were possible! For a company that alleges to be quick and easy they're doing a shockingly bad job! They gave me a decision 5 hours ago but I am STILL yet to receive funds! They have demanded copies of my bank statements which have been sent hours ago, they then rang me and asked for more copies which were again sent. I have rung them and chased them at least 4 times only to be told that even though I jumped through all of their hoops that the processing department haven't got around to mine yet and the people in the call centre can't tell me when or how much longer it's going to take! Avoid like the plague!!!

I have made a complaint to Quckquid for irrisponsible landing. they rejected my complaint and it ended up to the FOS. The adjudicator upheld and on my favour and they rejected to the ombundsman for final decision, almost two years and not heard anything. very bad

Terrible company!!! Currently going through a complaint procedure with them, but as everyone else is saying. Poor communication. They never should have lent to me in the first place, I was in an absolute state financially. Please. CAN EVERYONE STOP USING THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrendous customer service given on every occasion I spoke to them. If your desperate try else where - I decided against taking a loan because if they speak & treat you this badly before you enter a contract with them - imagine what they are like when you do. I had to give one star but if I could they wouldn’t have even got that.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, it’s like talking to a brick wall, complained about there irresponsible lending, they have no record on there system of any loans taken out with them, bank statements supplied proving this, now refusing to look at these as they have no record of me, also used the 3 year and 6 year rule, complaint sent on to FOS, this company is incompetent never ever use these bunch of cowboys

Shocking company using delaying tactics with the FOS to stop refunds for wrongly given loan using any excuse not to accept an judgements from the ombudsman and adjudicators. FCA need to do something about them

I was in a terrible cycle with quick quid for a number of years between 2010 and 2014. I’ve been stuck in a complaint situation with the FOS now for 2 years after it was bought to my attention in 2017 that you could complain. My adjudicator put a recommendation in and a delayed a response and then sent a generic “we won’t look at the loans over 6 years due to us believeing the client knew you could complain prior to that” how were we supposed to know you can complain? It’s not publicised like PPI is???? All been difficult so far and can’t see it going any quicker. It’s a shame because it makes me feel anxious not being able to fight my own corner as the FOS are apparently in discussions with QQ......but they can’t tell us when or how these discussions are conducted so we have no idea if a resolution is in the pipeline
