Same story as most here. Complaint upheld so I emailed and called with bank details within an hour. I realise it's busy and there are lots of people in the same boat as me but all I'm asking for is confirmation in writing that the money will be in my account within 28 days. I've had nothing and having read other comments, I am sure I'll eventually receive and email to acknowledge, then the 28 days will start again!!! So frustrating!

Still waiting for my refund it’s been weeks and weeks I’m now having to go back through the ombudsman!

I am now on day 31 of waiting for settlement payment. I’ve called Quickquid today to be told could be in 2 days could be in the bank in 4. They don’t know. They have an extremely high number of claims. My worry is that the company goes in to liquidation and I will have lost what has rightly been awarded to me because they have dragged their heels. The ombudsman has sent an email which they’ve ignored, My emails go ignored. Whenever I call they tell me 2 days it’ll be in the bank. It never is. Can anyone who has been paid the settlement say how many days it actually took? I’m loosing so much faith in this

im due a redress of £1500 had my email and replied within 30 minutes with my bank details, this was on the 10th. to day is the 19th and still nothing. they can pay you loans within 10 minutes, take payments from you instantly, but when they have to pay you they start to play funny buggers. i wont go away lightly and email them daily, ring them daily. and ring the fos daily. all i hear is it can take up to 28 days. i want/need it now. absolute joke of a company. always on the phone to an american who clearly has no idea what to say so gets fobbed of with the same story. i will keep you updated. 20th today and still nothing. let the phonecalls commence.

Like many others on here, 18 months after raising a complaint with FOS, I got an email offering me a settlement. Replied within 30 minutes with my bank details and haven't heard a thing. It's been two weeks tokorrow. They pay out the loans within an hour or two, but now dragging their feet when it comes to paying out the settlement. I thought a bank transfer is instant nowadays, well not in Casheuronets world. From all the payday loan complaints I've had, this company has dragged it on the longest by far! Others paid the settlement within 3 days of acceptance.

These companies are disgusting , wonder how many people have taken their own life’s after getting entangled with these guys , Jeremy Kyle behind a screen prying on the vulnerable, the government need to address this issue as debt is rising along with homelessness, QQ I hope you sleep well at night because it’s a sure bet your customers don’t

Avoid at all costs, about as honest and genuine as Donald Trump's orange tan. They treat their customers the same as Norman Bates treated his guests at his hotel. Getting money they owe is proving as difficult as getting the ring from Gollum "My Precious" .

Like many others on here I've been promised a redress amount. Given my bank details and haven't heard a thing. It's been a week. Isn't a bank transfer usually instant... well not in QQ's world. From all the payday loan complaints I've had, this company has dragged it on the longest by far!

I am due redress you have asked for my bank details weeks ago. You are failing to reply to my emails. How long can it possibly take to pay me the redress I am owed.

Had several loans with QuickQuid between 2011 and 2014. I made all payments on time and every loan was settled although it did become a struggle and i found myself borrowing more to pay off what i had outstanding from the previous month. I was drawn into a Pay Day Loan trap. In December 2018 I was advised that I could make an Unaffordable lending claim so i got in touch with a company that specialise in making these types of claim. I started the process and didnt hear anything for several months and then I was contacted by the claims company and told QuickQuid had offered £100 to settle the claim. I obviously rejected this as I'd had loans amounting to several thousand pounds. I went to the Financial Ombudsman and they upheld my claim and told QuickQuid I had to be paid out on 8 loans I'd had. QuickQuid offered £3200 and asked my bank details. I naturally sent them straight away. Since then I have heard nothing. I have emailed several times, no reply to any. I have called the claims team several times when I did get through the extremely rude condescending American on the other end spoke to me like I was dirt and insisted they have no record of me. I now dont know anything that's happening as there customer service is a joke. Do not get involved with this company. The sooner they go the same way as Wonga the better. Ran by evil people preying on the vunerable UPDATE: QuickQuid have paid the money they owe. If they could of kept me up to date and replied to my emails I would of been happy and wouldn't of wrote such a bad review. Hang in there people. Although they wont communicate and it's frustrating they came good for me so hopefully they will for you too.

My complaint was upheld by an adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman for irresponsible lending weeks ago - I started this complaint process in May 2018. Very, very poor complaint handling procedures - delay tactics galore! I was just on hold for 47 minutes to speak to someone there to find out when I will receive my payment, only to be told this time that they have 28 days to pay (and that they will only pay on the very last day that they can). If I owed them money they would be hounding me for it. Absolutely disgusted. Avoid!

The worst customer service! My FOS complaint has been outstanding for longer than I care to remember. Finally we've got to the point where the company is willing to offer a redress payment. I've provided bank details and they've said it'll take 28 days to process!? In what world does a bank transfer take 28 days in this day and age. Honestly the biggest time wasters I've ever had to deal with. START PUTTING THINGS RIGHT AND SPEED UP YOUR PROCESSES!

My second review. I was told by the FOS it would take up to 6 weeks to get my redress payment. In CashEuroNet's world that's 6 weeks to tell me what my redress payment amount would be. They sent me this information on week 5. Now they're telling me it will take up to 28 days to make this payment - this is an additional 4 weeks. Alls they need is my account number and sort code. I replied to the email asking for this information within a few hours. How this then takes up to 28 days is beyond me. When you call them, you can't speak to the department that processes these payments... How convenient. This is the only company I've dealt with where you cannot speak to the people who process redress payments. We'll see exactly how long this next step takes but my guess is it'll be close to the full 28 days.

I contacted a claims advisor who put in a complaint to quick quid regarding payday loads I had taken out 2012/13. Quick quid refused my claim so I’m sept 2018 we sent it to the ombudsman. To be honest it’s taken that long if forgot so when the claims advisor got back to me (08/2019) i was pleasantly surprised. The financial ombudsman had said that 5 loans I had take. Out shouldn’t have been allowed and they were to pay back interest, plus interest. I have today had a decision from quick quid offering £983.40 ! I wasn’t actually expecting anything to be honest as they’d not allowed it last year but the stab in the dark has paid off... albeit 12 month later. We will just have to see how long the refund takes .... I’ve rated as average because of the 12 month but the process was pretty easy.

I fell into the payday loan trap between 2011 and 2014. Quickquid continued to lend/rollover loans despite my difficulties in repaying. After finding out in January 2019 that this was irresponsible lending, I submitted a complaint to QQ. The complaint wasn't upheld and I escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service in April 2019. The FOS upheld my complaint on 21st August giving QQ until 4th September to respond. As yet there has been no response to this.

These guys are a joke they initially offer you alone then do some checks and then decline you. Guess what glad you declined me saved me tons of interest and you guys are not profiting from me.

DO NOT USE!!! Someone had fraudulently taken out a loan in my name and managed to have the loan sent to a bank account in a different name. I requested this Quick Quid account be closed down immediately which I was assured it was and now I am getting emails from the Collection Department asking for repayments. They do not respond to emails and when you call them they fob you off saying 'everything is ok.' This company should not be allowed to trade! Please do not use...the stress they have caused me is unbearable now

Terrible. Had my complaint upheld by the Financial ombudsman, they gave QuickQuid 2 weeks to reply to their findings but it's been over a month!! Absolutely shocking. Avoid.

5 stars for how complaint was dealt with ! Put in a complaint roughly 6 weeks ago for irresponsible lending and received several emails with updates that was still being investigated through the 6 weeks. Received final response email today with total offer and request for bank details to be credited sent back my details and received the funds in my account within 1 hour. Great service
