We've just had an air-source heat pump installed and the whole thing from start to finish was quite straightforward. Greener Energy were always quick to reply and their customer service was exceptional. Dealt with many different people, all of whom were always courteous and helpful. Pleasantly surprised how quickly the project rolled out.

Paid £7500 in October 21 for the German electric heaters and was told they would save us so much money. The only reason they save you money is they are so expensive to run, we now have them all switched off. Totally mis sold we have paid £7500 to treble our electricity bill. No joy from greener energy they just gave us some story about we're not using them correctly. Hope this review stops others getting ripped off.

Martin who has done a few of our services is a first class engineer and a really nice guy he always does an excellent and thorough job. However Geener Energy is now almost impossible to contact. Phones hardly ever get answered and then you’re asked to leave a message and immediately told message box full and cut off.

The Greener Energy Group provided an excellent and first class service. The communication and support from the personnel was top class and I can highly recommend them.

solar panel installation. From the start we were fortunate to work with Fraser, Sales consultant. He was refreshing in his approach by explaining the benefits, energy saving and installation. At no time was he trying to "hard sell" the product but rather spoke with knowledge which gave us, the customers, confidence in going ahead in our own time. The delivery team arrived on time and within two hours had erected the solar panels with no issues. Mike was our installer for all internal work. He worked tirelessly on a Friday afternoon and evening for almost 6 hours to complete the install. He was a clean and tidy worker and completely professional in his approach. He explained everything at the end which was reassuring. Overall the only thing to improve upon is that we had to phone a few times to find out date of install Better communication regarding this would have been helpful. We are awaiting an EDDI diverter which the company have on order and will be fitted at a later date. However, overall the process has gone very smoothly and I would highly recommend Greener Energy Group if you are thinking of solar panels for your home.

We had an Air Source Heat Pump fitted a few weeks ago. Very happy with the service received from Greener Energy Group. Office staff very knowledgeable and helpful at all times and supported us with applying for the grant from Home Energy Scotland. Installation team are a credit to the company, Nathan, Alan and Daniel, very professional and hard working, always tidy and never left a mess. Very competent in what they were doing. Electrician (Brian) also a credit to the company, very professional and knowledgeable about the system. Took the time to explain the workings of the system and answer any questions we had, very dedicated in what he does. Would recommend Greener Energy Group to anyone considering a renewable system. Time will tell as we use the system as to the savings, but a huge improvement already in moving away from our previous electric storage heating.

There was a lot more work involved in fitting the air pump than i realised, Gary and Kier grafted over the 2 days of the installation and still found time to give updates as they went. Electrician (sorry missed name) arrived day 2 and all 3 worked well together to finish the installation. All went very smoothly up until the commissioning of the air pump which refused to operate correctly, credit to all 3 that after a bit of head scratching, a faulty part was identified and all was well. Everything was left tidy, instruction on how to operate system was clear and all rubbish was taken away, including several bags of soul/concrete that had been dug out of my garden. Thanks gents would happily let you carry out work in my house again. Cheers

Too soon to make a proper review. However, the company seemed reasonable, they turned up to install when they should have, to fit the air pump. All done and dusted (neatly) within 2 days. Let's hope the savings justify the rigmarol trying to get the grant from Home Energy Scotland. Started the process in Nov 21 and almost complete ( bar the final paperwork and final drawdown from Home Energy Scotland) - 23rd June 2022!

Engineer turned up per the appointment . Diagnosed an electrical fault which he could not fix . Follow up action to actually fix the fault awaited .

We had a minor leak from a component of our air source heat pump set up. Martin arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and then took time to explain a few tips about ASHPs that the installers might not have had time to share with us, including some basic trouble shooting for common problems he comes across. Brilliant and friendly service.

From the initial contact, through to completion of the job Greener Energy group are friendly, informative and helpful. The technical surveyor for our solar panels was honest and open with us about what benefit the panels would give us, and the electrician on the job went the extra mile to explain exactly how to make the most of the electricity we would generate. The workmen were quick, tidy, knowledgeable and respectful. All in all a first class experience!

We had a survey and quote from Greener Energy for a solar panel and battery storage for our house. The quote was reasonable so we decided to go ahead and we paid our 25% deposit. After receiving our welcome letter we were told we would be contacted soon after to agree an install date. I did email a couple of time to ask about the potential date but never received a reply so I called them. The chap we spoke to said he'd check with the install team to see if any dates had been looked at. Later that day we received a call to say that we'd have to pay about an extra 12% as the scaffolding required was more than expected so we had to pay extra. I said we wouldn't pay this extra as there was never a mention of additional costs. As far as we're concerned the quote was what we had to pay and the receipt for our deposit showed the amount we were due to pay on completion and commissioning. I don't know if this is a scam to give us a quote and then try to get an extra 12% from us. We will now have to request our deposit back
