Annual service for my Grant Aerona 3 Air Source Heat Pump & the CH &HW system to which it is attached; all installed by Greener about 3 years ago. System has given no trouble, does the job & Greener are pleasant & efficient.

Hybrid Heatpump system installed, as planned, in 2 days by Nathan's plumbing crew & Mike installing the electrics. A neat & tidy job, efficiently carried out. The system was explained to me, but I'm not sure I took it all in. Time will tell.

I contacted Green Energy Group to enquire about a new Air Source Heat Pump and I had, a very quick responce the date and time was set for a person to come and give us a review to see if it would be sutable for us it was set for 19th May at 19.30...o The appointed time came and went with no one showing up and no call to say why... I tried to call them the next day on the "already a customer" number and could not get an answer but on the new customer number I got an answer immediately... Hmmmm... I explained no one turned up and after putting me on hold for a moment thay gave me the excuse the person had hurt their ankle and he could not make the appointment... Strange as I don't use my ankle to phone and cancel appointments or explain why I can't make the meating.... Anyway in short we won't be us g them and as it turns out we are sutable and thay just lost a £10,000 sale.

Excellent service with courteous and helpful engineer

Very friendly, helpful and efficient from the first phone enquiry to the final install. Offered suggestions we hadn’t thought of and held our hand through the process of applying for grants etc. installation team were friendly, non-intrusive and extremely tidy. Would recommend to anyone considering changing or upgrading their heating.

Very polite and enthusiastic service engineer who attended. Would have scored full marks had the head office sent me the information requested previously, note the information is a copy of the electrical installation certificate so any who read this ensure you receive one post install.

I’ve had solar panels with battery storage installed and I cannot rate the company high enough. Every person I’ve spoken to from the beginning with Bill the salesman who took the time to not just explain everything but actually showed us on graphs the difference and what to expect with regards to different times of year, then Martin and Thomas who organised when the install would be and what to expect during the installation, the guys (don’t know their names) but they were like ninjas up on the roof and had the panels installed in a flash exactly where on the roof I wanted them, then Michael the sparky who connected everything and explained the app and I could see the panels working before he left, then David who came and got my EV car charger calibrated and took the time to have a chat with me about the workings of everything and even a wee chat about his and my animals, then Lynn who made sure I was happy with everything and also took time for a wee chat as she took final payment. If I’ve missed anyone it’s down to my memory as each and ever person I dealt with has been excellent. Friendly, polite, courteous, helpful and extremely patient with this old woman who struggles a wee bit with new technology. I have been so impressed that I’m now in the process of getting my central heating sorted out by this company I would highly highly recommend them.

Good tradesmen on the install. However, didn't expect no heating between the the two days it took never explained by your sales team

first tradesman arrived at stated time and all work carried out as outlined by the company; next tradesman came slightly later however as space to work in was limited they managed to get everything sorted in the time frame we were quoted which was two days; there was a problem with an overfowing tank and electrician had to contact his manager to get the plumber to return to rectify. The electrician went through all the electrical system though plumber did not explain about the gas boiler or ASHP.

An advisor was very quick to visit us after we made the initial contact regarding fitting solar panels and the visit was at the agreed time. The system was explained clearly and apart from a slight assumption that we would sign up there and then, it was all conducted without pressure on us. The quote we received was very competitive (we had 3 quotes)and was around what we expected to pay with no hidden extras. Responses to emails were very quick and any phone calls with members of the team were courteous and helpful.The installation was done within 2 weeks of us agreeing to the quote. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and their work was done efficiently and with minimum disruption. We would have no hesitation in recommending Greener Energy Group.

The installation of the PV panels were carried out very fast and the battery fitted the same day. However the after sales of the company seems to be very poor. I have phoned twice and emailed about problems concerning drawing power from the grid overnight when the battery has charge and the battery charging itself from the grid at an expensive rate. Seven days later still waiting for a reply. Just to update my review. Still no further forward with sorting the problem with the system. Four phone calls and two emails and still no further forward. After sales seems to be very poor for this company when there is a problem with the system.
