at all times the company and its starff have been ace nothing too much trouble every thing expl;aned to its full course.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this company to install an Air Source Heat Pump. Our job started on 30th August 2021 and as of yesterday they are still fixing faults/leaks. During the last 8 months we have been subjected to a catalogue of incidents including; no supervision of the installation team, despite raising serious concerns on day three; 6 weeks with no heating; wet carpets because the old micro bore system was left to drain into our living room floor for weeks; the new system broke the bathroom pump leaving us with no bath or shower, a situation that shamefully was only rectified after submitting a formal complaint; a leaking faulty cylinder; being advised to change electricity supplier to one that was being investigated and subsequently stopped trading and now leaking joints. Although the faults/leaks have been rectified I consider their customer care is sadly lacking and allowing, in their words, ‘our installation journey’ to go on for 8 months is totally unacceptable. Words cannot express the detrimental effect the continual stress of rectifying all the faults/leaks alongside the permanent upset and added damage to the house, has had on us. To be told after this length of time that you were just ‘unlucky’ and the leaks are nothing to worry about in my opinion is a totally unacceptable way to treat a customer. Finally it is worth noting that they don’t make retrospective payment for household appliances etc broken by their employees. They did replace the cordless vacuum but that has still left us with a bill of £689 to replace the other appliances etc and purchase a vacuum that would deal with the debris left behind by the installation team.

Greener Energy have now installed Air Source Heat pumps, solar panels and car chargers in 2 properties for us and have always been great to deal with - with all staff happy to go the extra mile to ensure the jobs done have been completed well and to a high standard. Communication and follow up support from the office and for regular servicing has also always been consistently friendly and to a high standard.

We have been very impressed with the Service provided by Greener Energy, with regard to Air Source Heat Pumps, from the initial appointment, the Technical Survey and the fitting, as well as the office contact. Every member of staff we have had contact with has been friendly, courteous and very helpful. The Inverness Team carried out our fitting and were superb. Super quick and efficient and very tidy causing minimal disruption. Taking time to explain the system and answer all questions. There was an issue with one of the radiators which was resolved very quickly. We can highly recommend.

Had my my Air Source Heat Pump serviced. The Engineer Paul was very helpful and informative. He also called to let me know that he is running late and would get to me closer to a certain time. Communication is important to me. I new what was happening and when to expect it. Very pleased with the service I have received.

Busy, professional company. From the point of our central heating upgrade to the annual services, greener energy group have continued their traits. They have never let us down and always keep the customer right and happy. Big shout out to Paul the service engineer who provided an excellent service and he even tidied up a few defects on our radiators with no hesitation. Will continue to use greener energy in the future.

I really don't know where to start Firstly the company provided the wrong information. after they apologised I was assured the manager would personally get it sorted I am still left 2 weeks later no working heat pump

We decided to invest in Solar PV panels to help with the rising electricity prices and after looking at a few companies we opted for Greener Energy. From the first contact, through Shaun who put together the proposal showing the panel design and estimated annual savings, to Lynne in the office who was always very helpful when we called and the installation team of Paul, Dennis and Barry were very efficient and worked well as a team. Barry explained how the system works and because we added the WiFi dongo on to our order we are able to monitor what we are generating and using from my phone. We have now had the panels in for 2 weeks and the savings in electricity are looking very healthy. We are now going through the process of getting a Hybrid heat pump from Greener Energy and look forward to enjoying a warm house with not only lower bills but also a lower carbon footprint.

Survey was carried out to establish location for Hybrid Air Source heat pump. Agreed where it was going to be sited but was not in same location as per original discussions where it could go. Had we known this sooner we may not have progressed the installation as losing a parking space in drive in an area where parking can be difficult. Already progressed funding so feel now too late to change our minds. Surveyor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Perhaps survey needs to take place earlier in the process.

We read about the RHI offer and had Greener Energy Group (GEG) install a 17KW ASHP, larger water tank and radiators. It all went smoothly with a considerable amount of work completed effectively in 2.5 days. We went ahead knowing we had only just over 6 weeks to complete and qualify for the RHI which we did successfully two days before the deadline. GEG Admin supplied all the certification required to complete the application. We have an efficient heating system and the government is paying us back! I also sold on my original water tank. Result. Next stop PV panels on roof!

£20,000 in debt due to mis-sold airsource heating. The Greener Energy Group tried to take down my review, saying that I hadn't had a, "real experience". Tony Doyle was the manager manager at the time. A Romanian sales person - who stood smoking in our drive while we made our decision - was the salesperson. He told us that we would pay £3,000 and then a government grant would cover the costs. It does not. We would not have bought the air source heat pump if we had known that it would have cost us £20,000 and our electricity prices would be in excess of £300 per month. To cap it all, the Greener Energy Group had a salesperson phone our home to ask if we wanted to install an air source heat pump. I informed them that they had already installed one at my property and was now £20,000 in debt, due to their sales tactics. They really should check their records.

Highly recommend. I had a domestic ASHP fitted. From the start of the sales journey to the installation, there was great communication and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Thanks John
