Pire expérience client jamais rencontrée. Commande passée le 17/10, volée par la faute du transporteur qui laisse le colis sur la boîte à lettre. Jusque là rien d'original. S'en suivent d'innombrables échanges de mail au service client qui me dit qu'ils attendent la réponse de l'enquête du transporteur pour me rembourser. Le transporteur m'a confirmé que le colis était perdu il y a plus de 3 semaines, à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas reçu un euro. Site à éviter de toute urgence.

I bought a hand purse which was too small and I contacted Footshop and they asked me to send it back and then they will arrange the refund. I posted on 24th of October and today its one month. They say they haven't received it , I also attached them the receipt of postage but they are not refunding me. Its a dodgy company and completely dishonest and not trustworthy at all. my advice is not to buy anything from them.

Delivery is fine but if you want to return an item it’s hell. It’s at your own cost. Returned to Czech Republic spent over £20, called up customer service and asked them about their VAT number so I can fill out the label and they said to mark it as a gift??? I did it anyway and now it didn’t pass customs because I didn’t provide a VAT number. I can’t return it and I’ve lost money that I can’t get back

I searched for the Hoka Clifton 8 sneakers in the shade eggnog EVERYWHERE, and they were sold out on every single website and store with the exception of footshop. I was extremely skeptical as this site is not located in the US and truthfully thought it was gonna be a scam but it wasn’t!!!! The shoes arrived in two days!!!

The process for returning items is ridiculous, you need to return them to the Czech Republic which cost my £17.45 and now my item which I returned on the 24/10/22 is with customs with no end in sight of getting my refund. Would never order from this company again.

Ordered trainers for £169.00 with £22postage just got a email from DHL to pay £85 tax on them what a rip off footshop don't clearly state that you will have to pay UK tax this is just to make sure people are aware of this hope it helps / mick liverpool

Regarding my review to Footshop dated 19 of October, I would like to thank Ms. Nevena from Footshop for the trust and effort shown, I have already received my money back. So my experience is still good and I will continue to buy from them. However, I would suggest that they seriously consider changing the courier, that they should switch Packeta.

Very unfortunate customer service. Not only are the shoes expensive to begin with, their shipping fees are absurd. Pray you don't need to replace your shoes, like I did, because you will have to pay for shipping 3 times -- forth, back and forth again.
