Fast shipping but really bad after sales experience. Because I bought the jacket with my company credit card, I needed the invoice with my VAT number. There is no option to add it when you buy it so I mailed asking for it. First they said they couldn’t do it because packaged was already sent (I sent the email 2 minutes before order it) and second reply they sad “ we only sell to end-users and not companies we do not offer the option for a VAT invoice”. What?? Are you joking? That’s illegal.. first and last time buying from them.

I received demaged product, I sent it back and they said I was the one that left the marks on the product because I did not make pictures, so I had no proof. So they did not refund the money back, they sent the product back to me. So, most dissapointing experience.

I had a great experience with them. I ordered 5 items to pickup at the store. It only took 2 day to arrive and maximum 5 minutes to collect and purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

Half of my shoes are from here. Haven't had any problems with them yet.

I often order from the online store. I only had good experiments with footshop. If I choose pick up in the store, the package arrives to the stroe in 2 days. I can try on the shoes, if it doesn't fit I can leave it there. (I choose pay in the store option)

The boy, who handled ma problem was quite polite, helpful and frofessional. He solved my problem without pushing the responsibility to me - that was great. Ty
