Prima levering, goed product. Mijn ervaring is anders dan de meeste op deze site. De communicatie van sommige mails verliep in het Tsjechisch wat verwarrend over kan komen maar waren gewoon updates over leveringen.

After hunting across the websites of the mainstream sports stores in the UK, I was unable to find a specific size of trainer that my teen son really wanted. I stumbled upon Footshop and was unsure as I had never heard of them before, but was happy to see that they were active on social media so I took a chance. I am so glad I did, from moment of purchase, communication with them was fluid, rapid and so attentive and felt that my order was uniquely cared for from transaction to delivery - which was also swift! I am definitely going to continue to order those sought after trainers not obtainable anywhere as I know that footshop have me covered!

Vorsicht, nicht bestellen bei diesem Shop!!! Wie einige andere hier beschreiben behaupten sie auch bei meiner Retoure dass sie sie nicht erhalten haben, und man nun mal mit dem Zusteller sprechen möchte wo es denn nun sei das ominöse Paketchen. In Wahrheit lässt sich in der Sendungsverfolgung klar erkennen dass und wann es zugestellt wurde. Erhalte ich in den nächsten Tagen das Geld nicht werde ich Strafanzeige erstatten und Paypal einschalten, und dort eine Sperrung für diesen Shop beantragen.

Do not buy from here if u live within the UK. I ordered a pair of size 6 trainers which took over a month to arrive! When they came they was a size 7.5 I went to return them to find out I needed to pay for my return even though the person I spoke to was able to tell me they could see I ordered a size 6 am confused as to why you would take payments for items you don’t have and to make it worse take over a month to send it!!!!!!! No customer service skills and it’s the same person who answers the phone all the time which leaves me to question the authenticity. Save urself the hassle don’t bother order from them !!!!

They said I won in the raffle, then 3 workdays later I got another email stating that there was a mistake in the stock numbers and my money will be refunded. On top of that, they offered me a 20% discount but I cannot use it on an already discounted item or in any limited series shoe. They also don't want to tell me how did they choose me not to receive the shoe.

Ich habe 2 Artikel bestellt und retourniert, da zu groß. Nun bekam ich nur eine Erstattung über einen Artikel, der andere wäre verschmutzt! Ich habe diese Artikel nicht einmal probiert, da ich schon gesehen hatte, dass sie zu groß sind. Und ich habe den Artikel definitiv nicht verschmutzt. Nun wollen sie mir nicht den gesamten Betrag gutschreiben! Das ist absolute Abzocke! Nie wieder. Dieses spiegelt genau die anderen negativen Rezensionen wieder! Ich kann vor footshop nur warnen! Great selection, great shipping options and a great loyalty program.

The item received was not placed properly, was tried on before because of the creases that were seen on the shoe. However, the shoe didn't fit so I need to pay an additional shipping fee to receive a refund. Customer service was responsive, however, the responses were not that helpful. The overall experience can become better, but needs additional improvements.

Beware, They do not respond for a request to exchange an item. I purchase three different arch cookies to try. One was not suitable. It was not tall enough support in comparison with the other two purchased. After several emails to them requesting return without any response, I gave up. Fortunately I found all the same items on Amazon and ordered them their so screw you foot shop.

Vždy jsem byla s výběrem bot a oblečením spokojena, velikost i styl vždy seděl podle obrázku na internetu. Akorát s výměnou jednich bot byl problém, ale spíše převažuje spokojenost.
